I have gone through the MS thoroughly and came to know that the virus which authors are declaring group D are not at all group D. Neither they used the primers for group D not the sequences submitted in NCBI are of group D.
I think without analysis, it was submitted and need urgent clarification, before it spreads a wrong message to the scientific community.
