The study aims to present a customer knowledge management mechanisms model (CKM3) which is based on the theoretical aspects stemming from the information retrieval and analysis of the latest results in related literature and the research multiple case study results. This model encompasses an extensive look at the three different dimensions of customer knowledge in more details than prior CKM researches and introduces the comprehensive set of electronic mechanisms in accordance with each identified types of customer knowledge. The study has important implications for e-commerce web sites seeking to improve their Business and customer value through effective selection and deployment of CKM mechanisms.
