ABSTRACT
Applying the rationale that the fuzzy judgment matrix effectively represents the obscure data, use the method of electronic meetings and AFNEM (The new feature vector matrix ranking method of Fuzzy) at the same time to solve the problem of weight proportioning which is the key point of an evaluation system, it can avoid the subjective judgment of the experts in a certain extent, and can finally get the proportion of every weight. Compared with traditional method, it has better flexibility, scalability and objectivity.
