Dear sirs,
I think your work is just what ihave been waiting for. I am Ghanaian Ph.D student in Biochemistry with herbal antihypertensive being my research interest. I am having problems measuring BP with the tail-cuff method. I don,t know how much to warm the rats if at all. Also, i do not know how to estimate the BP using the cursor on the monitor. I would greatly appreciate it if you could offer me some knowledge.
Thank you and waiting for oyur response
