Hardware Design of a Main Relay Unit in Engine Test Bench

Based on bus communication and microcontroller technology, the Main Relay Unit in engine test bench is designed. The structure and various function modules are introduced in detail. The device mainly consists of field control and data communication. The engine performance testing can be done with the device in a test bench. Real-time data acquisition, analysis, processing of engine performance parameters and field control in test are realized. The results of MRU application show that it is stable and reliable.
