ABSTRACT
This study presents using RDF to construct domain concept hierarchical model, considering the inaccuracy and incomplete between the concepts based on the existing method of semantic similarity. The data gathering of RDF model comes from the domain pages automatically and then uses the distributed method to compute therelative-membership grade, constructs the fuzzy concept hierarchical model and at last computes the semantic similarity by using Dijkstra shortest path algorithm, the experiment shows that the method this study presents have more accurate and performance relative to existing methods.
