Stochastic Modeling of Blood Glucose Levels in Type-2 Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract: In this study we develop and analyze a stochastic model for blood glucose levels in type-2 diabetes mellitus patients. The optimal control policies of glucose regulatory system are derived. The sensitivity of the model with respect to the parameters is discussed. This model is useful for optimal drug administration among type-2 diabetes patients.
