Abstract: The objective of the present study is to design functional insulation sportswear fabrics. The design is based on a thorough investigation into the construction of sportswear fabrics and factors associated with. Twill and Satin structures were employed to achieve the new design of sportswear fabrics using various ratios of carbon fiber. Furthermore, qualitative and quantitative evaluations of the two kinds of structure were performed, in order to clarify their functional properties.
