ABSTRACT
The developed vector method of representation of enzymatic reactions in the three-dimensional coordinate K mV I system revealed the possibility of existence of 7 types of inhibited (Ii, IIi, IIIi, IVi, Vi, VIi and VIIi), 7 types of activated (Ia, IIa, IIIa, IVa, Va, VIa and VIIa) and one type (I0) of initial (uninhibited i=0 and nonactivated a=0) enzymatic reaction in a simple one-substrate scheme of Michaelis-Menten. Based on symmetry of vectors for inhibited (Li) and activated (La) enzymatic reactions, the equations for calculation of KIa, KIIa, KIIIa, KIVa, KVa, KVIa and KVIIa constants of enzyme activation and KIIi, KVi, KVIi and KVIIi constants of nontrivial types of enzyme inhibition were obtained and also the corrected coordinates of slopes for calculation of these constants. Taking into account the three known equations for calculation of KIVi, KIIIi and KIi constants of enzyme inhibition, it made up 14 equations for calculation of the Ki and Ka constants. A rule of choice of the equations and coordinates of slopes for calculation of these constants is given as well as the examples.
