ABSTRACT
For the shortcomings of the existing service provider (SP) evaluation system used by the telecom operator, introduce innovation and credit as two important evaluation dimensions and propose a dynamic multi-dimensional evaluation model. This model could offer a better solution for the management, evaluation and selection of SP.
