ABSTRACT
With the development of urbanization, the electromagnetic radiation has become increasingly complex and dangerous. It is significant to design an interactive system for managing and distributing electromagnetic information. The study designed an information system based on WebGIS with the techniques of ArcIMS and JSP. The system can provide services for information query of public and provide technical support for decision making of relevant departments. Furthermore, techniques of 3D visualization of electromagnetic environment were developed, taking 3D visualization of electromagnetic environment in Nanjing Xinjiekou for instance.
