ABSTRACT
In this study, a robust control scheme has been proposed based on the closed loop gain shaping algorithm, which offers a simplifying controller for processes with time delay. The purpose of this study is to give a comprehensive analysis of controller design procedure. The constraints imposed by the internal stability and robustness properties of the closed loop system are also investigated. Finally a typical design example is provided to illustrate the proposed method.
