Krupyanko3200773The equations for calculation of initial rates of the associative, Iv_{i} type and catalytic, III_{i} type, of enzyme inhibition are most frequently used in practice of calculation the initial rates of inhibited (v_{i}) enzymatic reactions (Appendix B1, Eq. B4 and B3). In some cases these equations are used with arbitrary modifications that may lead to incorrect calculation of respective parameters of reactions. Now the equations for calculation of initial rates (v_{i}) and (v_{a}) have been deduced for all seven types of inhibited (I_{i}, I_{ii}, III_{i}, IV_{i}, V_{i}, VI_{i}, VII_{i}) and seven types of activated (I_{a}, II_{a}, III_{a}, IV_{a}, V_{a}, VI_{a}, VII_{a}) enzymatic reactions and it need to discuss the rule of choice (and conditions of applicability) of equation for processing experimental data of each these types of enzymatic reactions. Examples of choice the equations for calculation of the initial reaction rates v_{i} and v_{a} (and k_{i}, k_{a}) constants are given.
