qualitative and localization based on acceleration frequency response. The proportional
damping of the dynamics model in this method is damping matrix, then deduce
the criterion of damage and formulas of damage quantitatively, at last get the
damaged condition by the least square method. This method have definite physical
interpretation, avoid modal analysis, very useful in real-time environmental
monitoring. At last the calculation process of an example using this method
