thick-walled cylinder made of functionally graded material under internal
and external pressure are obtained as a function of radial direction to
an exact solution by using the theory of elasticity. Material properties
are considered as a function of the radius of the cylinder and the Poisson`s
ratio as constant. The distributions of the thermal stresses are obtained
