This structural model was subjected to 1.8 AASHTO truck loading, 1.8 AASHTO equivalent distributed loading and abnormal loading. The results for transverse and longitudinal moments were compared with the results obtained from AASHTO specifications. This comparison shows that applying AASHTO specification for slab bridge deck is safe and economical.]]>Puncher, A.,19641st Edn.,pp: 150pp: 150Cement and Concrete Association,1973Hambly, E.C.,19761st Edn.,pp: 170pp: 170Tiedman, J.
