In this study, by combining two ID-based signature schemes with a signcryption scheme, we build security model of ID-based signcryption in the multi-PKG and have proposed an ID-based signcryption scheme in the multi-PKG based on the bilinear pairings to adapt to the different crypto graphical system setting. We prove that our proposed scheme is secure and satisfies the confidentiality and unforgeability.
