The mutual interference between primary user and secondary user is neglected by most research works in cognitive radio systems. To achieve the allocation, we use Genetic Algorithm (GA) with fitness function. The fitness function is a weighted sum of multiple objectives which can represent the Quality of Service (QoS) requirements of user.
