change, this study explores the challenges developed through rapid climate changes
to livestock that Bangladesh has been experiencing. International discourses
on climate change testify that Bangladesh is one of the most vulnerable countries.
Moreover, the damage of climate change in this country is significantly spontaneous
and intensifying which is considered as one of the biggest challenges in designing
the future strategies and their implementation. Being a developing nation, Bangladesh
is less able to face the challenges caused through climate change and global
warning due to the financial constraint in prioritizing budgetary allocation
in a number of emergency and urgent preferences. Livestock sector in Bangladesh
alongside agriculture is considered as the backbone of Bangladesh economy. Although,
county encounters crucial financial hardship, denying the need of long-term
planning and appropriate implementation procedure to the capacity building for
the livestock sectors would cost more setbacks ultimately. Therefore, this study
suggests some effective guideline for policy option on adaptation and mitigation
the climate hazards for the wellbeing of livestock in Bangladesh.]]>Aksoy, A., O. Yavuz, Y. Kursad Das, D. Guvenc and O.H. Muglali,20098403407Ahmed, F., A.Q. Al-Amin, G.M. Alam and C.H.
