Research on Comprehensive Evaluation of the Entrepreneur Quality based on Grey Relational Analysis

Abstract: With the accelerated process of economic globalization, enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition in the international and domestic. A country’s comprehensive national strength is inextricably linked to the economic strength of enterprises. The quality of entrepreneurs play an increasingly important role in social change, economic development and people's lives. Entrepreneurs quality of pros and cons, directly affect the enterprise’s development and benefits. In this study, the entrepreneurs’ evaluation information in evaluation process is uncertainty and incompleteness. It presents an example based on the multi-level comprehensive evaluation model of grey theory is given. The model can avoid the general evaluation method in order to defects of various gray degree evaluation information use, make the evaluation result is objective and reasonable which provides a scientific and practical quantitative analysis method for analysis and objective evaluation of entrepreneur quality system.
