Electron Microscopic Study of Fibre Surface After Endotoxin Removal Treatments on Raw Cotton
Sh. Muhammad Nawaz, Iftikhar Ahmad and Muhammad Saleem

Abstract: A respiratory disease common in textile workers is observed to be caused by endotoxins (lipopolysaccharides) attached to the raw cotton being processed in the mills. Different remedial measures were performed and their effect on the cotton fiber surface was studied under electron microscope.
