INTRODUCTION

The family and kindergarten are the main places of infants’ studying and living. To promote physical and mental development in children, our family and kindergarten should sustain and work in with each other. The cooperation and interaction between family and kindergarten can form the composition of forces. Following the rapid expediting of living rhythm, the deficiency of traditional form unfolds increasingly. People start to look after a new form of the cooperation and interaction between family and kindergarten for making up the deficiency of traditional form. The flying development of network technology provides a new way of cooperation and interaction between kindergartener and parents. Network technology makes the foundation of a genuine mode and realization of cooperation and interaction possible. Many foreign developed countries have invested mint money on the cooperation and interaction between family and kindergarten in seventies of seventeenth century. Based on some successful cases of these countries, generalize its status quo in our country and the deficiency and misinterpret of traditional the cooperation and interaction between family and kindergarten. Combined learning type of organization and the cooperation and interaction between family and kindergarten and raise an idea of form based on network.

TRANDITIONAL USAGE

The cooperation and interaction between family and kindergarten means that family and kindergarten see themselves as the main body to promote infant development, they sustain and work in with each other, to promote physical and mental development. In this form, kindergarten and infant teachers, the family and the infants form an education combo and three is equal partnership.

Classification: There are three kinds of the cooperation and interaction between family and kindergarten.

Firstly, it’s the cooperation and interaction between infant teachers and parents. Infant teachers should be geared to the needs of all and take care of individual differences as well, so educational force can only be relatively concentrated. But parental education forces focused almost entirely on their own children. The infant teachers should be more advantages than parents in affecting infant’s subject knowledge and cognitive systems. But parents may exert more influence than teachers in infant's ethical and non-cognitive. For all-round development of infants, infant teachers and parents should work in with each other.

Secondly, it’s the cooperation and interaction between infant teachers and infants, parents and infants. Infant teachers and infants form a learning community in kindergarten, parents and infants form another learning community outside of the kindergarten, the mail activities of two communities is the collaborative and interactive process between teachers and infants as well as parents and infants.

Finally, it’s the cooperation and interaction between infant teachers. Include collaborative interaction between the different grades teachers, the collaborative interaction between the different subjects of the same grade teachers and the collaboration between class teacher and classroom teacher etc.

There are many ways of traditional cooperation and interaction between infant teachers and parents, such as educational activities open day, home visits, parents' meetings, related manual, parents to the park to participate in educational activities, parent committees, the poster about family and kindergarten posted at the kindergarten etc. Although, these traditional ways of collaborative interaction promote cooperative education in different level, its drawback is obvious.

Deficiencies:

It is strong randomness and poor planning. Some kindergartens lack of activity of the overall plan, the cooperation and interaction between family and kindergarten in different grades and class is difficult to cooperate with each other, it is difficult to form a continuous time and effect on strengthening
One-way instill is more and two-way communication is less. Some infant teachers just use a simple indoctrination, such as only articles from the book, newspaper and magazine excerpted to kindergarten propaganda bar
It is more strong stage and poor continuity. In time, many kindergarten interactive activities are centered in a few large period of time. In the content, due to the lack of an overall plan, it is difficult to be consistent after the first call
It is more fastidious and less collaborative interaction. Individual infant teachers think that the infant problems come from parents in family. It is bad family education (Longworth and Davies, 1994)

NETWORK TECHNOLOGY

The world wide computing infrastructure on the growing computer network technology is a leading technology to make a variety of information services accessible through the Internet for all types of users: from the high end, high performance computing users through to many personal computing users.

With the growth of technology in network and education, web-based education is developing rapidly. The construction and management of teaching resources is the core of web-based education. How to manage education resources efficiently and make good use of them so that they can reach to large-range share and transfer knowledge is an important content. The paper introduces knowledge management technology and employs it to analyzes the several problem about web-based education resources management and discuss the approach and method.

The development of web technology have techniques and carriers of teacher evaluation been revolutionized. Based on the characteristics of the distribution and opening and enormous computing power, web makes a breakthrough in the evaluation of time and space constraints.

THE COOPERATION AND INTERACTION BASED ON NETWORK

The cooperation and interaction between family and kindergarten based on network means that in a network environment, the learning organization of the trinity formed by the kindergarten and infant teachers, infant families and parents, infants. Among three positions, they are two-way interaction and mutual education between each other. To achieve the goal of comprehensive development of infants, they work together innovatively and progressively. In a network environment, family and kindergarten see themselves as the main body to promote physical and mental development of infants. They sustain and work in with each other. The network has the features of timeliness, agility, collaboration, interaction and so on. These features achieve cooperative activities between family and kindergarten (Ma, 1999). The parents and teachers could teach simultaneously, find the advantage and deficiency.

In a network environment, so that children and parents with the supervision of teachers to enable children to gain indirect education. Teachers should be good to take the initiative to contact and communication with parents and young children, encourage children and parents to find the strengths and weaknesses of the teachers. Parents and infants work together to contribute teachers' growth towards professional development. Parents and children cooperation in the supervision of teachers, enhance the understanding of early childhood teachers. Not only parents and children self-education and also increased the interactive collaboration between children and parents. Effectively resolve the gap, so that children and parents each get additional education.

The cooperation and interaction between family and kindergarten of infants’ education, electronic portfolio and blog are the main ways.

Electronic portfolio: An electronic portfolio, also known as an e-portfolio or digital portfolio, is a collection of electronic evidence assembled and managed by a user, usually on the Web. Such electronic evidence may include text, electronic files, images, multimedia, blog entries and hyperlinks. E-portfolios are both demonstrations of the user's abilities and platforms for self-expression, if they are online, they can be maintained dynamically over time. Some E-portfolio applications permit varying degrees of audience access, so the same portfolio might be used for multiple purposes.

The web serves as an ideal home for electronic portfolios to be shared with all different kinds of audiences. The main purpose is to provide a platform where people are forced to communicate concisely. This communication is vital in a portfolio so that others are easily able to see the energy, passion and focus of an individual.

Advantages of electronic portfolio: Electronic portfolio of children like a mirror that lights the shadow of the children, could help children understand their own through the image of the way. For preschool children, this mirror is not only to the child to see but also give parents and teachers of young children, so that they understand the learning and living conditions of children in kindergarten or family. Electronic portfolio becomes the mirror of the children, people like the intuitive information as a basis for evaluation. Infants’ electronic portfolio is a collection of learning and life and the emotional goals, standards, evaluation and other elements are added to meet the parents’ demands (Chen, 2001).

There are four advantages of infants’ electronic portfolio:

Infants’ electronic portfolio makes the evaluation situation multimedia. The works of electronic portfolio reappearance the learning process and could provide a full range of audio-visual experience for the readers
Evaluation promotes development, traditional evaluation is too much emphasis on the evaluation of the selection function, the infants’ electronic portfolio to "evaluate and promote development " as basic concept, through the network and other means, the parents could show their children's works to others which would give parents a sense of accomplishment, it is useful of forming enthusiasm and initiative of their child-rearing
Evaluation process: The creation of electronic portfolio throughout the learning process, so the electronic portfolio evaluation is based on the whole learning process
Evaluation of consistency: Teachers and parents access to infant information in different ways and means, this will definitely affect the evaluation of consistency. Infant information stored in electronic portfolio that can be from the collection of infant teachers in kindergarten and also can come from parents to infant information collected in the natural context of daily life, teachers and parents can understand the situation of children in kindergarten and family through the electronic portfolio

Blog: A blog (a portmanteau of the term web log) is a personal journal published on the World Wide Web consisting of discrete entries ("posts") typically displayed in reverse chronological order so the most recent post appears first. Blogs are usually the work of a single individual, occasionally of a small group and often are themed on a single subject. Blog can also be used as a verb, meaning to maintain or add content to a blog.

Although, not a must, most good quality blogs are interactive, allowing visitors to leave comments and even message each other via GUI widgets on the blogs and it is this interactivity that distinguishes them from other static websites. In that sense, blogging can be seen as a form of social networking. Indeed, bloggers do not only produce content to post on their blogs but also build social relations with their readers and other bloggers (Gaudeul and Peroni, 2010).

Advantages of the blog: Traditional website of kindergarten is rich in content but limited by the capacity and functional, most websites unidirectional release information. Blog of both the advantages of the bbs and Web site, pay more attention to the sharing and exchange of real-time interaction more, so it is necessary to add blog edition to the traditional nursery website. Blog as the carrier of information environment, infant teachers and parents can write the reflection of some teaching and childcare experience which provides a wealth of practical material for other teachers and parents. By publishing in their own blog, teachers and parents can get online help of experts from around the country.

There are four advantages of the blog:

Technology threshold for blog communication is very low and it is easy to operate. The network digitizes the cooperation and interaction between family and kindergarten which overcomes the limitations of time and space, easier to save, copy, disseminate and share
By blog, the cooperation and interaction between family and kindergarten broke through the small circle of individuals, people could expand the full exchange among infant teachers, parents, infant teachers and parents, people could create more wisdom for learning kindergarten and family formation
By blog, anyone at any time, any place to express any view, readers all over the world could share your findings and teachers could realize dreams of "personal publishing" and "team publishing" (Chen and Zhang, 2003)

CONCLUSION

With the development of the network, the cooperation and interaction between family and kindergarten will be the development trend of information society. It has the advantage of cooperation in the way of many traditional homes do not have, it does not mean to negate and replace the traditional way. Homes collaborative interaction is a supplement to traditional forms of modern IT and not a replacement, only various forms of organic integration, in order to adapt to and meet the needs of more of parents.
