ABSTRACT
After Leakage of Hazardous Waste, the orderly organization disaster area evacuation is of great significance in reducing personnel injuries and deaths. Evacuation process in the study population, the research road network with impedance characteristics evacuation to establish the source of the model as the objective function, the establishment of large-scale evacuation of the city evacuated total shortest crowd emergency evacuation. Due to the complexity of the model, the Insert difference detection algorithm to solve the model. The examples show that the model and the algorithm have a certain practicality.
