The science of psychiatry and psychology is today drastically moving towards a newer scientific frontier and vast knowledge prowess. The author is a schizophrenic patient for the last 30 years. He had experienced so much agony, pain, trials and tribulations in life. Till today he is replete with immense hurdles and barriers in the path of life. In this article, the author deeply describes the years of vast mental health challenges and mental disorders. Today he is also suffering from an eye ailment of glaucoma. He addresses the scientific community and the need for help, support and understanding from parents, relatives and friends. A newer scientific vision and scientific profundity will widen the scientific advancements in the field of medical science, psychology and psychiatry. Today there is an immense need for counselling in the field of psychology. The author addresses these scientific and medical issues in the futuristic emancipation of research and development initiatives in the field of psychiatry.

Challenges, tribulations and ardor of a schizophrenic patient and the needs for help and understanding: Mental health challenges and other health issues for a schizophrenic patient are immense as science and technology move towards one boundary over another¹. Today science and technology have few answers to the cure for schizophrenia. From 1988 to 1992 he did his graduation in chemical engineering and from 1992 to 1994 he did his post-graduation in chemical engineering from a reputed university in Kolkata. Suddenly during his post-graduation in chemical engineering in the month of November 1993, he was having serious mental delusions and mental confusion due to tremendous academic rigor. One day in November 1993, he went to his teacher’s house at 1 AM at night due to immense bewilderment. The trials and tribulations in his life started. The mental situation is pathetic and immensely difficult to comprehend. Almighty is so mean and unkind to him. Immense academic and scientific rigor in the academic curriculum is responsible for this catastrophe in his life. Humankind’s scientific provenance, scientific and technological stance and scientific ingenuity in the field of medical science and health science are then in total disaster as schizophrenic took over the health of the author. Soon he was taken to a psychiatrist. Psychological counseling also started at the same time. There was a total breakdown of his health condition. At that moment, he was about to complete his post-graduation in chemical engineering. He was successful in completing his post-graduation and moved to New Delhi, India for his first job in spite of the medication. But he started discontinuing his psychiatric medication. Thus a newer chapter started in his life. Relapses of serious medical health issues took over him and he became totally helpless. He changed jobs frequently. That created much more difficulties in his mental and physical health. He got a job at a renowned university in Rajasthan, India. There is the absence of his parents, he started discontinuing medicines. Things became much more difficult for him. Frequent auditory and visual hallucinated ensconced his health and he felt in immense agony. He lost that job. Then after coming back to Kolkata from Rajasthan, he was admitted to a mental health nursing home in Kolkata. Life became bitter and awful to him. But still, he got a job and continued his scientific work. Human nature is so cruel. Even relatives behaved with him rudely in many instances in his last 30 years. Providence and the almighty at the same time were cruel to him. Scientific benevolence and scientific understanding in the field of medical science played cruel roles in his life. Today, in 2023 he is working as an assistant professor in chemical engineering at a reputed university in Dehradun in Uttarakhand State of India. Since August 2020, he is having relapsed but he is adept at writing scientific literature. At the beginning of his illness, he was prescribed traditional anti-psychotic medications. In 1998, he was prescribed clozapine by doctors at the National Institute of Mental Health and Sciences, Bangalore, India. Today he is continuing with the same medication but at a higher dosage^1-7.

The author has suffered a lot in life and still struggling. In the early years of his illness, the author also faced immense travails, trials and tribulations at home and the workplace. Medical science perspectives today stand immensely in the midst of deep triumph, scientific inquiry and scientific ingenuity. In that year at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India, the author was almost suffering from paranoid schizophrenia. The situation became extremely difficult for him as auditory hallucination was at its height as days passed by. Suspicion, uncertainty and worries increased as the years went away. The author was in a state of disaster in the difficult years 1998-2006. He was unemployed and trance and stupor took over him. Today, in the year 2023, the author is beset with immense health difficulties and ardor. Life has become meaningless to him. Till today, he is struggling a lot in life. There is an immense of psychiatric help from his relative and his mother. The vision of the science of psychology and psychiatry has practically no answers to the full treatment of schizophrenia. As advised by a psychiatrist from NIMHANS, Bangalore, India, he is still continuing with clozapine at a higher dose. Almighty is so mean to the author as worries and uncertainties bedraggle his mind and brain^1,6,7.

Vast road ahead in chemical engineering practice in spite of this debilitating illness: The author in spite of this debilitating illness wrote many chapters in renowned publishing houses¹. His Google Scholar recommendations are good. He is continuing his teaching at a reputed engineering university in North India with immense vision, capability and vision. He is always thinking that a new day will surely come in his life. He has struggled and fought a lot in life. His schizophrenic symptoms are still ensconcing him at every step of his life. Scientific ingenuity, scientific far-sightedness and scientific foresight will surely open new doors of innovation and scientific instinct in the field of psychology for decades to come. This is an article that conveys a deep message about the agonies and travails of a psychiatric patient. Till today the author is replete with immense trials, tribulations, uncertainties and worries. There should be a newer vision in the vast and holistic field of medical science. A newer regeneration and a newer revamping are needed as regards the treatment of schizophrenia. The author deeply discusses the conundrums and agony of his life due to his suffering over the last 30 years. Scientific and social forbearance as well as social fortitude are today in a difficult state of disaster as regards schizophrenia treatment. The agony and pain due to auditory hallucination are enormous as medical science and the science of psychology moves in the right and positive direction. Auditory hallucinations and voice hearing are in the midst of deep telling and trying circumstances. The author deeply believes that one day he will regain his health. That is the only futuristic vision and future forbearance in long years of struggle against mental health issues as well as eyesight issues. He really wishes that someday he will be fit to keep his job and move forward in life^1,6,7.

He is under constant medication since his early years and since 1996, he is taking clozapine. After 2020, he fell seriously with a disastrous form of this ailment which is paranoid schizophrenia. Today in 2022, he has fallen ill seriously and is under a high dosage of clozapine. Without medication, the author is in the middle of immense stress, tribulations and worries. Today he is in the midst of an immense crisis as he also feels claustrophobic and in need of help. Surely medical science has no feasible and effective solutions to this illness.
