  The study of small firms in Indonesia become more strategic issue because of job creation and generating income for more then 65% of are small entrepreneurs that encouraging employment in many type of small industries including handicraft. However, unfortunately, some conditions of small industries are less competitive to have expanding their products. This research is to conduct and investigates the cability of Innovation and creativity as the main component as mediation of business strategy and the quality of intellectual capital to drive business performance of small size industries in Jombang Regency East Java Indonesia. This research have found that innovation capability is the most important latent variables that successfully mediated business strategy and intellectual capital to have strongly impact to business performance of small size industries in Jombang Regency East Java Indonesia.

  This study aims to analyze the effect of broker recommendations on stock trading performance, broker recommendations on investor behavior, investor behavior on stock trading performance and broker recommendations on stock trading performance mediated by investor behavior. Transaction data of 53 stock issuers as samples during the period 2014-2015 were analyzed using path analysis. It was found that broker’s recommendation had a significant effect on stock trading performance, broker’s recommendation had significant effect to investor behavior, investor behavior had significant effect on stock trading performance and broker’s recommendation had a significant effect on stock trading performance mediated by investor behavior.

  The results of some researchs on the relationship between image and trust has been mixed. Accordingly, the study intends to confirm the relationship in the context of cooperative. Cooperative context and Bali setting lend justification to put traditional values as a moderator and satisfaction as mediator in the relationship. The constructs involved have been proven to have passed model adequacy showing their significant contribution to idependent construct value. Following accidental technique and n×10 indicator number, the study involves 369 respondents. By means of PLS, results reveal that traditional values have moderating role in the relationship between image and trust. Rather surprisingly, satisfaction has only partially mediating role in the relationship.

  This study aims to examine the entrepreneurial orientation associated with business performance by incorporating flexibility strategies as mediation and the external environment of the business as moderation by taking studies in the small handicraft industry sector in East Java Indonesia. Data collection techniques used questionnaires distributed to UKM owners or managers of the craft sector as many as 198 entrepreneurs. The results of testing structural equation modeling with WarpPLS show that entrepreneurial orientation does not have a significant positive effect on business performance while entrepreneurial orientation on flexibility strategies has a significant positive effect. The results of the verification of the flexibility strategy mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation to performance while the external business environment is not able to moderate the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and performance.
