  The study researches on heat exchange process of a new type of grain drying equipment by establishing a heat transfer equation between liquid heat and cold wind. The study onheat temperature and flow impact on heating process were reviewed in the study. We get the heat transfer ability of system and calculate outlet air temperature of every layer in the drying heat exchange bed. We had perform heat transfer experiments to verify the calculation of heat exchange. The experimental result shows that ventilation outlet temperature of the low layer can achieve 45.1°C, the second layer is 54.2°C, the top layer can reach 57.9°C. The results are consistent with the calculations.

  In this study, Petri net is used to model and analyze cross-organization task coordination patterns of Urban Emergency Response Systems (UERS). A kind of Petri net extended with time, resource and message factors is firstly proposed to model tasks and emergency response process within a single organization. Based on this the proposed model, four kinds of cross-organization task coordination patterns within a UERS are summarized, including the sequential task pattern, the task synchronization pattern, the resource sharing pattern and the message exchanged pattern. A UERS can be modeled according to the task and emergency response process modeling methods of a single organization and the cross-organization task coordination patterns.

  In the cross-organization Emergency Response System (ERS), some tasks may depend on the coordination between various organizations in the disposal process of an accident. So monitoring and commanding the task-flow during the process is needed. In this study, firstly, we analyze the basic principles and define task-flow model in cross-organization emergency response system. Then we design and develop a visual tool to manage and monitor cross-organization workflow, tasks operations and cooperative control relationships among different organizations. The study introduces the architecture and the basic functions of the tool in detail and illustrates the feature technologies, such as the synchronization mechanism between different workflow editors, multi-view representations of workflow, workflow recommendation and dynamic monitoring over tasks’ execution statuses, etc. Finally, the study shows the significance and value of the tool in the emergency disposal process of a coal mine accident instance.

  The clearances that exist in the mechanism will lead to the motion deviating from ideal movements, meanwhile reducing the kinetic accuracy of mechanical. In order to investigate the output motion error of the offset slider-crank mechanism with clearances, the dynamic equation and virtual prototype model is established based on the impact-pair model and the kinematics characters of the mechanism are analyzed. With the established model, the optimization of the design parameters is proposed to recover the minimum value of the error. The result can predict the dynamic characteristics of mechanism and effective improve the motion precision of the mechanism.

  This research studies the characteristics of multidrug-resistant Salmonella from chicken. The Salmonella collected from parts of Shandong Province, serotype was measured by the method of Kauffmann-White, researchers using the Microdilution Method test the sensitivity of the isolates to 16 antimicrobial agents, the 12 resistance genes were detected by PCR, the relationship was analyzed between resistant phenotype and gene type. The results showed that 60 strains of Salmonella Indiana were isolated from 80 isolates of Salmonella. Drug susceptibility testing indicated that isolated bacterial strains to amoxicillin-clavulanic acid, cefazolin, polymyxin, ampicillin, doxycyclinea and trimethoprim 16 antimicrobial drugs resistance. The 88.33% isolates were resistant to 12-15 antimicrobial agents not found isolates of <3 antimicrobial agents. The 8 resistance genes were characterized by PCR that with int1, blaTEM, aac(6')-Ib-cr, floR, catA1, tetA, strA and cmlA. More than 90% strains carrying resistance gene int1, blaTEM, floR and aac(6')-Ib-cr. These result indicated that resistance genes were relevant to the resistant type of antimicrobial agents.

  Paver is special machine that evenly pave the asphalt mixture on the roadbed and pavement, it widely used in roads, airports, mines, hydroelectric dam, port and other projects. The screed is a main work device of paver which is in direct contact with the road surface when the paver paving, so, it has a very important role in the quality of construction whether its performance is good or not. In this study, the dynamic model of the screed is established through the analysis of the principle of the paver, the virtual prototype model of paver screed is established and simulated by the simulation software-ADAMS. Dynamic characteristic of the mechanism are studied and the influence of parameter variety to the dynamic in the system are analyzed. The result can provides a reference for the design of paver screed and the adjustment of construction parameters.
