  This study, represents a model of load sheet for generate and print the load sheet wirelessly in the airport environment. The proposed model, suggests generating wirelessly load sheet, including all processing of filling, checking, signing and printing the load sheet from the loading area, depending on the communication capabilities that already available between all devices. Such as wireless printer, wireless access points and wireless router. The proposed model will be suitable for all types of airport environment, through making the task for the load control agent and the captain achieved more efficiently. The main benefits from the proposed model are: it saves time, effort and reduces the overall operating cost of the aircraft. The proposed model represents an efficient integrated method, which takes the advantages of the wireless communication.

  This study presents the proposed a framework model for design and implementation of workflow. The model consists of three modules these are; dynamic process module, database module and activity transaction module. The proposed model works through the interaction with users using the web application interface in order to enable users using the facilities provided by the web application such as the user can login to the system either through internet, intranet or extranet. The Database module initiates a connection between all modules. The proposed framework model can made the dynamic workflow engine manages the entire life-cycle of electronic forms and the processes involved. The electronic form processing enables organizations to easily collect information through online mode and process the requests in accordance with predefined business procedures. The proposed model can facilitate the communications between the groups within an organization in efficient manner of movement of information dynamically through the use of dynamic process module in order to run their businesses effectively.

  This study presents a proposed framework model for intelligent tourism guiding system as a knowledge-based system. The model based on the philosophical view of the human behavior as tourism guide. The proposed model mimic the human tourism guide, through building relationships between knowledge based-system with the role of tourist-guide, as a means to provide a professional service for any visitor which best meet his needs and desire of gaining sufficient information and objective understanding of the places visited together with better value and satisfaction of his tour. The proposed model consists of five modules, which are user interface, inference engine, knowledge base, dynamic database and the facilities of GIS and XRM application. These modules are complementary in their intended functions of the local, regional and international guides. The proposed intelligent tourism guiding system can be used by most of the mobile telephone companies as a service available for their customers.
