  Fatty liver syndrome (Hepatic lipidosis) or fat cow syndrome is a major metabolic disorder in many dairy cattle’s in early period of lactation. The aim of this study was to evaluating fatty liver syndrome in dairy cattle in Tabriz by measurement of TG, APO-A and APO-B serum values. The results showed that TG has a negative correlation with APO-A and APO-B. Thus with elevating of TG serum values, APO-A and APO-B contrary diminished.

  Internal parasitism of feedlot cattle has been documented to reduce performance and impair immune function. GI nematodes are chronic pervasive infections that contribute worldwide to morbidity and mortality in humans and in livestock. The objective of this study was to evaluation of Kepromec pour-on effect on decreasing of gastrointestinal nematodes. In this study, 60 male and female hybrid cows were allocated into two 30 individual groups. Then, Kepromec pour-on was administrated at the dose of 1 mg 20 kg-1. Results showed that Kepromec pour-on has about 90% efficacy on GI nematodes. Thus, use of Kepromec to prohibition of GI nematodes is recommended.

  Zinc is an essential mineral that is naturally present in some foods, added to others and available as a dietary supplement. Zinc is also found in many cold lozenges and some over-the-counter drugs sold as cold remedies. Zinc is involved in numerous aspects of cellular metabolism. It is required for the catalytic activity of approximately 100 enzymes and it plays a role in immune function, protein synthesis, wound healing, DNA synthesis and cell division. Zinc also supports normal growth and development during pregnancy, childhood and adolescence and is required for proper sense of taste and smell. A daily intake of zinc is required to maintain a steady state because the body has no specialized zinc storage system. The aim of this study was to measurement of zinc in Arabian horse’s serum by Spectrophotometric Method in Tabriz. In this study about 186 blood samples from apparently healthy Arabian horses were obtained and blood samples taken near the ice and sent to the laboratory and after serum preparation were freezing inside the micro tube. In lab, blood samples centrifuged at 2000 rpm for 15 min.

  Copper deficiency in ruminants occurs either as a primary or as a secondary deficiency. Most of the copper deficiencies in livestock which occur naturally are conditioned by the presence of dietary factors that interfere with the absorption or utilization of copper by the animal. The main subjective of this study was to evaluation of effect of climatic factors on copper and its antagonist contents in the soil. In this study, during the seasons, researchers aimed to recording the rainfall, environmental temperature, soil temperature and humanity. In this study, researchers collected about 72 soil samples (18 samples in each season) from different areas of Ahar city, East Azerbaijan province of Iran. Then, samples were sent to the laboratory and the trace elements content of soil samples was measured by atomic absorption method. Results showed that Cu, Zn, Fe, Ca, S, Co and Mo was 20.36, 7.3, 43.73, 173.26, 596, 10.69 and 16.12, respectively. In conclusion can be conclude that present study is unique because there was no documented literatures about cu and its antagonist content in the soil of East Azerbaijan area. So, researchers suggests that there is more study needs to conclude about this matter.

  Fluid intake and adequate hydration during exercise are essential and more importantly, critical during prolonged training sessions and competition events. Fluid intake maintains hydration and helps to maintain body temperature (thermoregulation), avoid dehydration and maintain adequate plasma volume. In order to investigate effects of liquids re-substitution on heart functional indicators among male club karate experts, 36 volunteer karate experts were randomly divided into two treatment and control groups. The treatment group after cardio screen testing (at 9 o’clock a.m.), sat in sauna from 1-3.5 p.m. and about 4-5% weight loss was experienced and the measurement were repeated. Further, the examinees until 7 a.m. of the next day were given the opportunity by using similar kinds of food and liquids to once again substitute the liquids and were again measured body’s acute dehydration except in the time of pre-injection stage, heart output, caused significant change in each one of the heart functional indicators (beating volume, time of left ventricle injection, cardiac frequency, mean arterial pressure, double product and weight) and all these changes at a rehydration interval of 14-16 h returned to its previous state (p<0.05). At the time interval between weighing and start of the first karate match, all changes resulting from dehydration are retrieved in heart function.
