  Liver diseases such as Hepatitis B has seriously affected humans’ health. According to the previous reports, gene mutation occurs as an essential factor of sustained infection. Technically, the detection of single nucleotide polymorphism loci can help study risk of infection and degree of disease evaluation. However, regular single nucleotide polymorphism selection methods such as Single-strand conformation polymorphism and Denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis are restricted by time consuming, technical difficulty and high costing. In this study, a computing method based on optimal risk and preventive pattern algorithm is applied to analyze the genetic mutation from perspective of SNPs in Hepatitis B virus Deoxyribonucleic acid sequence which illustrates the characteristics of low costing and simplified operation process. Moreover the proposed method may uncover specific unknown single nucleotide polymorphism loci from Hepatitis B virus gene sequence data. The experiment releases 18 potential single nucleotide polymorphisms locus that demonstrate the transition from Acute to Chronic, where five of them have been reported in previous research, the remaining 13 are potential locus. In addition, 3 potential single nucleotide polymorphisms locus that demonstrated the transition to Cirrhosis are discovered. It may provide valuable reference for the clinic prevention and diagnostics.

  Rock fragmentation process by drilling rig is accomplished by the simultaneous effects of drill pipe rotation and axial downwards motions. Hydraulic chuck transfers engine power to drill pipe during the drilling and sampling process suchthatit’s one of the most important components of drilling rig. Chuck available on the market, design is not considered clamping force and drilling capacity matching, resulting in slipped drill, injury drill or chuck destruction. This study designs a maximum clamping diameter 73 mm hydraulic chuck, focuses on the interaction mechanism of the gripper slips and drill pipe. A model to simulate and optimize the clamp mechanism and slips has been developed by the finite element analysis method, conclude the structure of the optimal size of the hydraulic chuck. This research may be a better suggestion on resolving the problems of pipe damage and slipping down. The study method would also be a reference for the design of other kinds of chucks. A model to simulate and optimize rainwater-harvesting systems for irrigation has been developed.

  Microblog has been an important platform for expression of public opinion towards policy decisions. One key challenge for policymakers is to mine public opinions from microblog platforms as soon as possible. In order to deal with the challenge, this paper proposes a Topic Detection and Tracking (TDT) algorithm based on self-adjusting vector space model (VSM) and an opinion mining method based on comments. Furthermore, an innovative opinion mining system is developed, using mciroblog as the opinion mining platform and combining natural language processing techniques with similarity calculation and polarity calculation. A series of related experiments are employed to verify the efficiency and maneuverability of the algorithm.

  The investment of centralized traffic information system is large and data processing is too concentrate, the autonomous traffic information system based on vehicle-to-vehicle communication is mostly limited to information on safe driving, less involved with the research of the whole road network congestion information collection and transmission. This study puts forward an autonomous intelligent vehicle traffic information system mode which is for the whole urban road network and can collect and transmit information by itself. And then, based on the original information and integration processing model, it builds the corresponding self-diffusion transmission model for different roads, different driving direction vehicles and different information integration results. It also creates autonomous generation and dynamic update models of traffic congestion information for the whole road network. The traffic simulation and the evaluation results in a variety of situations show that IVTIS mode and models are reasonable and basically adapted to autonomous collection and quick transmission for traffic congestion information in urban road network.
