  In this study, 49 samples of 43 Rhododendron sp. were studied by using RAPD to analyze their genetic diversity, relative ship and phylogeny. Four hundred and seven DNA fragments were amplified by 24 primers, the polymorphic rate was up to 98.03%. Their coefficient of Genetic Similarity (GS) was ranging from 0.2623~0.9059, which indicated rich genetic diversity in Rhododendron. The results showed that: 43 Rhododendron sp. were divided into 3 groups by RAPD, which was consistent with the division based on morphological characters, subgenus Hymenanthes had a closer relationship with subgenus Rhododendron than subgenus Pseudorhodorastrum and subgenus Hymenanthes was more primitive in phylogeny, subgenus Pseudorhodorastrum was the evolutive group in morphological characters, while subgenus Rhododendron was the transition one.

  Total 24 hybrid combinations were formulated by NC II design using hybrids (J. sigillata x J. regia) Yunxin 7926 (P11), 8064 (P12), 8034 (P13), 7914 (P14) as female parent and 6 superior trees of J. sigillata from Sichuan as male parent. The combining ability and heritability of walnut characters were studied, including diameter, weight, thickness and rate of kernel. The result shown that: both additive variation and non-additive variation were significant in these 4 characters, but the additive variation was principle. Different parent had different excellent genes. P24, P23, P22 and P14 were the best parent to improve walnut diameter and weight, followed by P21, P13 and P11. In contrast, P25 and P26 shown poor effect on diameter and weight. Cross P11xP23, P11xP24 and P12xP24 were good for increasing diameter, while cross P11xP26 was the best in increasing rate of kernel. The broad-sense heritability was ordered from high to low as diameter (0.990)>thickness(0.968)>rate of kernel (0.970)>weight (0.968) and the narrow-sense heritability was ordered as diameter (0.844)>thickness (0.821)>weight (0.735)>rate of kernel (0.693).

  Due to company mergers and business to business interoperability, there is a need for model transformations in the area of business process modeling to facilitate scenarios like model integration and model synchronization. General model transformation approaches do not consider the special properties of business process models and horizontal transformation scenarios. Since different business process modeling languages use different modeling elements and syntax constraints, a business process may have very different representations in different languages. So in many cases it is not easy to transform business process models correctly only using an element-2-element mapping. In order to solve this problem and improve the correction rate of horizontal business process model transformation, in this work we propose CP-BPMT(Control-flow Pattern based Business Process Model Transformation), a horizontal business process model transformation approach in which the operation granularity has been increased from model elements to model fragments illustrating certain control-flow patterns. CP-BPMT is feasible in practice and it can generate transformation results better than element-based approaches. In order to illustrate CP-BPMT approach, a UML-AD2YAWL case study is conducted.

  High-speed railway, as one of the competitive innovative achievements in modern scientific technology, has been developing greatly. How to rationally analyze high-speed rail’s effect on regional development and make comprehensive appraisal of high-speed rail’s regional economic effect become more important and urgent . This study firstly analyzes Keynes’s investment promoting theory and the structure as well as basic modulus of input-output model. Secondly, this study studies direct promotion benefit on GDP brought by high-speed rail construction using investment promoting theory and input-output table. Finally, it analyzes direct promotion benefit on GDP brought by high-speed rail construction of the Hu-ning railway investment construction.

  With the high speed development of car rental market, the traditional manual rental management is not enough for the various business information processes. Therefore, this study proposed an enterprise-class development program of car rental management system based on AJAX+SSH and this program will be applied in this development of the car rental management system. This article introduced the accomplishment of the functional module and the design of the whole structure. Practice proved that this program can not only greatly increase the developing efficiency of this system but also reduce the difficulty; meanwhile, it can raise the response efficiency of Web application system and the effect of user experience.

  With the application of collaborative filtering technologies and social network in personalized recommendation system, collaborative recommendation techniques based on social network are now made possible. This paper incorporates key users of social network into the traditional collaborative filtering algorithms to solve cold start problem. Also the influence of key users on recommendation accuracy is verified by experiments. Experimental results show that the key users can improve the accuracy of collaborative filtering algorithm which suggests that the key users can be used to alleviate the impact of cold start problem on the recommendation algorithm.

  Based on the existing researches on microfinance and characteristics of Chinese micro-enterprises, this paper build a micro-enterprise credit rating model by G1 method, which is a group decision assembly method. Then test the model with data of 137 micro-enterprises from Henan Province of China. The results show that the model is more reliable and accurate, which may provide a reference for micro-enterprise credit management of Chinese commercial banks.

  The emergence of Personal internet banking is changing people’s way of life and working. It decreases the cost of production and operation essentially. But the co-existence of security and usability is a hard and complicated problem to solve. This article raised a personal internet banking system based on the structure of jQuery EasyUI+Struts+Spring+Mybatis. Firstly, in terms of usability it adopted the technique which combined jquery and esayui together, therefore, the front desk of Windows is Metro style that users only need to do few buttons-operations, then the operations can be done. Lastly, in the background desk it adopted Struts+Spring+Mybatis to enforce the maintainability and extensibility of Personal internet banking system.
