  Improved methods for selective isolation of diverse actinomycetes of the genus Micromonospora and a genus-specific nested PCR for rapid identification of putative Micromonospora isolates were developed. The robustness of both the isolation and the identification approach was underpinned by phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequences.

  Fat-Specific Protein 27 (FSP27) could be a potential biomarker promoting neutral lipid storage and thereby a candidate gene for the regulation of the Intramuscular Fat (IMF) deposition in pigs. In this study, the cloning and comparison of the Coding Domain Sequence (CDS) and the deduction of amino acids sequence of FSP27 gene in longissimus dorsi muscle between Wujin and Landrace pigs suggest that the CDS of FSP27 gene is 747 bp encoding for 248 amino acids. One silent polymorphism (C→T) occurred in 549th nucleotide in the CDS of the FSP27 gene in Wujin pigs. Secondary structure analysis of FSP27 deduced amino acids found 67 helixes, 49 strands, 132 coils and 8 transmembrane helices. The FSP27 was localized in the mitochondria. Moreover, The FSP27 contained 6 exons which the sequence lengths was 33, 78, 154, 159, 188 and 682 bp, respectively. The 3'-UTR region of FSP27 gene could to contain potential regulatory sequences for some miRNA for example hsa-miR-491-5p and hsa-miR-4510. The promoter region of FSP27 gene exhibited binding sites of AML-1a, NF-κ-β and SRY transcription factors. The expression level of the FSP27 mRNA was significantly higher in longissimus dorsi muscle of Wujin pigs than Landrace pigs (p<0.05). The different expression levels of the FSP27 mRNA in longissimus dorsi muscle of pigs may relate to the variation of the IMF eposition.

  Enterotoxigenic Staphylococcus aureus is a main cause of Staphylococcal Food Poisoning (SFP). Here, researchers characterized the antimicrobial resistance, distribution and expression of enterotoxin genes of 41 Methicillin-Resistant S. aureus (MRSA) isolated from bovine mastitis milk and SFP cases. Apart from three SFP-acquired isolates which could produce extended-spectrum β-lactamases, all the others carried mecA gene and expressed the penicillin-binding protein 2a. The 92.7% of MRSA isolates tested showed twenty two multi-drug resistant patterns among which SFP-acquired isolates had higher resistant rate and the MIC50/90 values of cefotaxime, amikacin, azithromycin, ciprofloxacin and gentamicin than those of milk-acquired isolates. The 95.1% of MRSA isolates carried at least one Staphylococcal Enterotoxins (SEs) gene and could produce the corresponding classical SEs, the differences in the prevalence of enterotoxigenic MRSA observed between milk-acquired and SFP-acquired isolates were not statistically significant. Six SEs genotypes were found, among which the genotypes sea-seg-sei-seln-selm and sea-seb-sec-seg-sei-seln-selm predominated, respectively in milk-acquired and SFP-acquired isolates.

  Logistics support capability evaluation and constructions are key issues in emergency logistics efforts, with the objective of preventing or controlling the emergency events, to minimize systematic loss. In this paper an emergency logistics support capability evaluation system was proposed. Firstly, the factors influenced emergency logistics support capability were analyzed with lecture reviews and expert questionnaire and an evaluation index system was presented. Then with the application of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, a model of regional emergency logistics support capability evaluation model was proposed. Finally, a case study of evaluating typical cities affected by typhoon in Zhejiang Province was given, with the results that Ningbo, Zhoushan, Wenzhou, Hangzhou and Jinhua have better logistics support capability than other cities in Zhejiang, which should put more hard work on the construction of emergency logistics in case to minimize the loss of typhoon disaster.

  This study shows that the development of modern logistics industry can promote the development of economy. Meanwhile, vigorously develop the port logistics is an important approach for Zhejiang province to seek new economic growth point. In this study, Grey correlation analysis was used to study the correlation between regional logistics and economic growth, concluded that there is a large degree of correlation between logistics industry and economic growth. Next, with the application of Data Envelopment Method, the efficiency between port logistics and economic growth of Zhejiang province was calculated, results showed that the overall influence efficiency is not satisfactory, coordination needs to be strengthened. Finally, logistics industry development countermeasures were put forward based on Marine economy perspective. The results can provide reference to Marine economic development of Zhejiang province.

  Nucleophosmin/B23 is a multifunctional phosphoprotein that is overexpressed in cancer cells and has been shown to be involved in both positive and negative regulation of transcription. In this study, we first identified GCN5 acetyltransferase as a B23-interacting protein by mass spectrometry, which was then confirmed by in vivo co-immunoprecipitation. An in vitro assay demonstrated that B23 bound the PCAF-N domain of GCN5 and inhibited GCN5-mediated acetylation of both free and mononucleosomal histones, probably through interfering with GCN5 and masking histones from being acetylated. Mitotic B23 exhibited higher inhibitory activity on GCN5-mediated histone acetylation than interphase B23. Immunodepletion experiments of mitotic extracts revealed that phosphorylation of B23 at Thr199 enhanced the inhibition of GCN5-mediated histone acetylation. Moreover, luciferase reporter and microarray analyses suggested that B23 attenuated GCN5-mediated transactivation in vivo. Taken together, our studies suggest a molecular mechanism of B23 in the mitotic inhibition of GCN5-mediated histone acetylation and transactivation.
