  Object monitoring is one of the key technologies of logistics information platform system. The study introduced an application method of machine vision technology in the logistics center monitoring system, improved covariance matrix algorithm to monitor objects in the logistics center. Against the technical difficulties of objects detection, the covariance matrix algorithm was applied to monitor objects in the logistics center and against the shortcomings of covariance matrix algorithm in the process of monitoring objects, the study proposed a method of path prediction and template dynamic adjustment. Experiments show that the method can effectively monitor objects in the logistics center, the improved method can not only adapt quickly to pose and scale variations of objects, but also track accurately and continuously those temporarily occluded objects, has good robustness. The method provides a new solution of monitoring objects in the logistics system.

  Cloud computing is a super-computing model based on virtualization technology and serves in the form of supplying fundamental architecture, platform and software with the carrier of net. In this model, computer sources, including large-scale extensible computing, storage, data and application and so on, cooperate with each other. Cloud computing is widely held in esteem, for the feature that it can implement efficiency and complicated process and storing with minimized client, bringing us vast space for development. This study is based on introducing the conception, characteristics and the development of cloud computing. The purpose of this study is to build a more complete cloud services library system based on cloud computing technology, taking Nanyang Normal university as an example. The article analyzes both contents and characteristics of the digital-library users’ requirements. Besides, it discusses the architecture of cloud service and the running mode. In addition, mass data processing, large-scale distributed storage and the technology of data structured management are also included in the discussing. All of them are used to design function modules of library service mode. At last, we introduce the cloud services platform of Nanyang Normal university library implementation process in detail.

  The quality of a diagnosis system impacts the living quality and even life of patients. But regular software testing tools have difficulty in testing and evaluating the quality of a complex diagnosis system. Modeling and evaluation of a diagnosis system based on the Hierarchical Colored Petri Net before its development is highly necessary, feasible and forward-looking and can help detect loopholes and deficiency in the system and can provide informative support to the diagnosis of illness and designers of medical information system at large. Different treatment options are generated for patients with similar physical conditions but varied willingness in emulation tests on CPN tools 3.4.0. Upon comparison with 20 actual cases of the Henan Provincial People's Hospital, such system generated treatment options are substantially in line with that of the actual cases. A Gastric Cancer Dynamic Auxiliary Diagnosis System is designed in accordance such modeling and algorithm as detailed in this thesis and is proven to function regularly.
