  In order to meet the demand for detecting different ions of one plant material at the same time in the future, it’s of great significance to design a microelectrode array for the micro dynamic ion flow detection of plant. This paper introduces a microelectrode array for the ion flow detection based on Fick’s law. The microelectrode array is composed of microelectrode, electrode holder, fixed link of array, array framework, silver thread, wire, signal amplifier, etc. Compared with the previous ion flow signal detection electrode, the microelectrode array is characterized by detecting different ions at the same time with diversified forms and high efficiency. It’s found through the detection experiment of nine ions like K+ and NH4+ in the maize root tip that: the microelectrode array can meet the demand fordetecting different ions at the same time. In addition, with the characteristics of high efficiency and small error, it can describe the growth of plants more accurately.

  Canopy temperature is an important factor of crop yield. How to test the canopy temperature for an effective prediction of crop yield is an important content of breeding research. In this study, the canopy temperature of winter wheat during their filling stage and mature stage were gained by infrared imager. Results demonstrated that the absolute canopy temperature and morning-noon temperature difference of the winter wheat are significantly negative correlated with the yield. During the filling stage, the yield (dry weight) showed a correlation coefficient (r) with the absolute canopy temperature in the morning of -0.63, -0.75 with the absolute canopy temperature at noon and -0.74 with the absolute canopy temperature in the afternoon. Meanwhile, the correlation coefficients between the yield (fresh weight) and above three absolute canopy temperatures were -0.59, -0.68 and -0.68, respectively. During the mature stage, the yield (dry weight) showed a correlation coefficient with morning-noon temperature difference of -0.76 and -0.56 with the morning-afternoon temperature difference and -0.54 with the noon-afternoon temperature difference. Meanwhile, the correlation coefficients between the yield (fresh weight) and above three temperature differences were -0.68, -0.58 and -0.40, respectively.

  A crop breeding data analysis system is developed to meet the requirements of massive data management and analysis in crop breeding domain. The system adopts B/S architecture and SSH framework of MVC model, so it’s structure has three layers. The data layer is responsible for data storage and data insert, modification, deletion, query, implemented by SQL Server; The business logic layer is responsible for the execution of business logic such as data analysis and implemented by Java; The presentation layer is responsible for data display and implemented by jsp and js. The system has function of breeding data query, preprocessing, conventional analysis, comprehensive evaluation, etc. This system adopts the DTOPSIS method and fuzzy judgment method to process the mass breeding data which could assist breeding personnel for screening breeding materials. Practice shows that the system could improve the breeding data analysis efficiency.
