  The inclusion of probiotics in the technology of growing young animals is the latest way of preventing gastrointestinal diseases based on environmentally friendly mechanisms of maintaining a high level of colonization resistance of the intestine. The aim of the research was to study the effect of probiotic preparations of different composition on the dynamics of normoflora and opportunistic pathogenic microflora of newborn calve’s and weaning age piglet’s intestinal microbiome. To achieve this goal, four groups of newborn calves were formed which received a synbiotic based on medicinal plant raw material and lactobacilli, "Sporovit" and "Enzymsporin" and four groups of 45 days old piglets that also received the above preparations. Prior to the beginning of the experiment then on the 10-30th days from the beginning of the experiment, feces were taken for microbiological studies. The use of the synbiotic based on medicinal plant raw material and lactobacilli, probiotics "Sporovit" and "Enzymsporin" in newborn calves and piglets at weaning increased the activity of bifid and lactoflora by 1.8 and 2.4 times; Inhibited the content of E. coli by 1.2 and 1.8 times, Enterococci by 1.4 and 1.5 times, Staphylococci by 1.4 and 1.9 times, yeast-like fungi of Candida by 1.7 and 1. 9 times, Clostridia by 1.4 and 1.5 times.

  For the test model system, the chemiluminescence method has been chosen which makes it possible to evaluate the processes of free-radical oxidation and objectively characterize dietary supplements having pro or antioxidant properties. The dietary supplements of plant origin (erakond, milk thistle and carsil) and of chemical origin (santochin, emecidine, iodine-matrix compounds) are used to care metabolism. Dietary supplements have antioxidant properties, also, slow oxidation processes and can be essential for correction of metabolism. The intensity of many enzymatic and non-enzymatic reactions determines the formation of free radicals which are formed in pathology and as a rule, increase the oxidation processes disrupting the structural compartments of the cell (cell membrane organelles, nucleus, etc.). For the regulation of metabolism, we offered doses or dietary supplements matrices that change the rate of free-radical oxidation and reduce the development of pathological changes in the body. Then, the reactions of free-radical oxidation in the body were studied. In this study, we studied synthetic and plant nutritional supplements and also, determined the activity of oxygen forms and the sum of luminosity on model systems of different kinds. Also, the above mentioned dietary supplement was activated with the help of various substances for the activity of lipid oxidation. As a more complex model for the study of chemiluminescence, complex compounds were also studied. As an example, iodine is a pro-oxidant but associated with pectin changes its properties. Another dietary supplement is an Erakond-antioxidant which enhances its properties with pectin or chitosan. The proposed dietary supplement model assessment allows us to make an objective conclusion about the properties of the substance and its changes with complexing compounds.

  The effect of varroosis infestation rate on morphometric indicators of wild bees living in natural conditions in the mountain-forest zone of the Republic of Bashkortostan was studied. There were no significant differences in the wing size while the high infestation rate of bee colonies with Varroa destructor (22-24 %) resulted in smaller proboscis length by 12%. Significant differences were also, found for mean values of the length and the width of the 3rd abdomen sternite of worker bees from the colonies with varying degrees of infestation (p>0.001) and the length and the width of the wax mirror. No significant dissimilarities in the size of the 3rd tergite and the cubic index were found. The measurement of the fat body cells characteristics by the method of Tuktarov and Ishmeeva showed that the size of both fat cells and bees oenocytes for the colonies with higher infestation rate was significantly less (p>0.001) than that for the bees from lower infested colonies.
