  Project scheduling is an essential element in order that the shipyard companies can make more profit. The most commonly used analysis is the Critical Path Method (CPM). But in reality, using CPM methods and other traditional methods is considered less efficient because it does not consider the productivity of each job in it and adds a safety times that causes the duration of the project becomes longer than it should be. According to that problem, there is another method to analyze project schedule is Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM). CCPM is a project planning method that emphasizes the resources needed to perform project tasks. This method is done by eliminating multitasking, student syndrome, Parkinson’s Law and give buffer at the end of the project. In this study will be done by comparing of the duration and the cost of CCPM with Critical Path Method (CPM) in project repair BC30002 ship. Initial project scheduling uses the traditional method of Gantt chart which is then breakdown in more detail and complete with the relationship between its activities into CPM form and then it will be compared with the duration of the result of CCPM scheduling which has done by eliminated multitasking, safety time on each activity and giving buffer in the end of the process. Based on the analysis, obtained the duration using the CCPM method is 27days faster than CPM and saves cost as much of Rp. 342,380,000,00.

  Vessel repairs are activities that are periodically planned in accordance with the requirements or regulations of the classification body and government as well as unforeseeable or unexpected work during the vessel during operation. In the process of ship repair often there are factors that cause changes between the initial plan and the realization that occurred in the field. One of the factors that becomes the benchmark of success on a project is the time and cost of workmanship. This study will analyze the project performance based on time and cost factors using Earned Value Analysis (EVA) method. This concept combines elements of schedule, cost and job performance (physical progress of current conditions in the field), it will be useful to identify how the cost and time estimation to complete a project. The results of the analysis shows that the concept of earned value analysis is the time estimation to be 5 weeks faster than the plan and cost estimation becomes more efficient Rp. 5,302,573,482.00. The estimated performance index of the plan against the completion of the project is 1.00 which means the performance index is constant.

  This study briefly presents MIRBA (Methodology for Investigation of Risk Based Maintenance) for mobile mooring system. MIRBA is developed based on bow tie analysis and AHP. Bow tie analysis consists of FTA (Fault Tree Analysis) on left part and ETA (Event Tree Analysis) on the right part. FTA is useful to determine the potential causes from critical top event until the undesired events are obtained. ETA (Event Tree Analysis) is helpful to define the possible consequence by relating an initiating event to various consequence models. MIRBA consists of risk management through bow tie analysis, risk mitigation by developing the mitigation plan and risk based maintenance using AHP. MIRBA is aimed to provide a guidance on systematic methodology of risk based decision making which is useful to manage and reduce the risk for offshore platforms.

  Indonesia known as an archipelago where sea transport is transport is dependable by for shipping Inter Island. The height of waves is one of the causes of accidents at sea transportation for that this research will be carried out the prediction of a wave height to minimalise of the accident in sea transportation. Neural network is one of algorithm intelligent for nonlinear advantage predictions which having blackbox can studying the relations between input and output system. Neural network is very suitable as prediktor the waves. The prediction results show that the neural network has small’s RMSE.
