  World looks more from wireless sensor network and the technology growth support for many things on the fly. We bothered at sinkhole attack generated on MANET and the quality of service which gets affected and disturbed. The success of network services only based on the quality of service metrics like throughput packet delivery ration, latency and many more. The problem of region based sinkhole detection is unhandled in the literature. We propose a sinkhole detection and mitigation mechanism to reduce the overhead generated by employing sinkhole detection at all the regions of the network. At first, the presence of sinkhole attack is identified using a novel method and then the region affected by sinkhole attack is identified and identified region is recovered using a light weight sinkhole detection mechanism. The proposed method works in centralized nature and overcomes the problem of deploying sinkhole detection process in distributed manner. The base station of the network maintains location information of all the nodes using which it computes the region and identifies the subset of nodes present in the affected region. The proposed method has been aimed at efficient energy utilization and increased throughput which have been achieved at higher ratio.

  Fiber Reinforced Self Compacting Concrete (FRSCC) is a composite material consisting of cement based matrix with an ordered or random distribution of fiber which can be steel, nylon and polythene, etc., which offers several economical and technical benefits. In this study, domestic waste plastics (Polythene fibres) were used and the properties of concrete (viz., compressive strength, flexural strength, split tensile strength) are studied. The tests have been carried out as per EFNARC for fresh concrete and Indian Standard Code for hardened concrete.

  The general configuration of induction motor is generating a high initial current and high torque while it is undergone heavy load operation. The torque and current problems is depends on mechanical internal and external structure and control arrangement. In order to control of initial torque and motor performance via. current control an adequate circuit and control schemes are required to obtain desired motor performance. This study is proposes switched inductor based quasi Z source circuit is applied on dual source simplified H-bridge multilevel inverter for high step up PV power generation and controlled torque as well as stator current. Voltage control scheme is introduces to control of H-bridge circuit using reference voltage generation for 3 phase proposed circuit. The present circuit is used to control of over voltage and over current in proposed topology. This control loops is not required any complex control, here, we control and generate reference signals using direct sensing of DC-link voltage circuit. Dual power supply based switched inductor quasi Z source on simplified H-bridge multilevel inverter is controlled by single carrier multi-reference Phase Opposition and Disposition (POD) pulse width modulation. The 0.5 Hp induction motor is undergone for this circuit to verify about soft start and torque-current control using MATLAB/Simulink Software.

  In the present study was aimed to know the effect of eyestalk ablation on the biochemical composition of the crab, Charybdis lucifera. After 3 days of experimental period, proximate composition was estimated both control and eyestalk ablated crabs. The protein content of unilaterally eyestalk ablated (68.97%) crabs was higher than that of control crabs (41.64%). Carbohydrate content of eyestalk-ablated crabs (1.45%) was relatively higher when compared to intact control crabs (1.42%). The lipid content of the present study was also higher in eyestalk-ablated crabs (1.85%) rather than intact control crabs (1.65%). In the present study the values of saturated fatty acids for eyestalk ablated and intact control crabs were 26.32 and 25.89%, respectively. The mono saturated fatty acids in eyestalk-ablated crabs were 0.76% and control crabs were 0.48%. However, the polyunsaturated fatty acids were 11.63% in eyestalk ablated and 5.8% in intact control crabs. From the present study, it could be confirmed that eyestalk ablation influenced protein, carbohydrate and lipid content of the crab, C. lucifera. It also effectively influenced saturated and unsaturated fatty acids as evidenced by higher values in eyestalk ablated crabs rather than control crabs.
