  The study proposed a new weighted least-square method and it is introduced to the localization process of sensor networks. DV-HOP algorithm can be improved based on this novel method. In this paper, the matrix condition number is introduced to adjust the weight of several functional in weighted least-square method. The coefficients are decided in a nonlinear optimization problem and it is difficult to get the best solution. A second best solution can be obtained easily by our method. The method is applied to solve two-dimensional Poisson problems and the results show it is valuable and is advantageous to similar problems. Efficiency and stability of the algorithm is proved in several numerical examples. The simulation results show that the proposed improvements can greatly enhance the localization accuracy of the nodes.

  The PGC-1α gene was considered as one of the potential candidate genes for meat quality traits in pig considering its function of regulation in energy and fat metabolism. The aim of this study was to investigate the associations of the C430S polymorphic site of the PGC-1α gene with intramuscular fat content and muscle fibre area and perimeter in Tibetan pigs and the gene expression changes pattern at different ages. The C430S polymorphism was genotyped by PCR-RFLP using AluI restriction enzyme. Statistical analyses revealed that the C430S genotypes were significantly associated with intramuscular fat content (p<0.01) and significantly affected area and perimeter of muscle fibre (p<0.05, p<0.05). The gene expression levels of PGC-1α in heart, liver, spleen and kidney were examined in Tibetan pigs at 60, 90,120,150 and 180 days, respectively by quantitative real-time PCR. The result indicated that the mRNA abundance in heart and liver were increasing from 60-180 days (p<0.01, p>0.05) whereas in spleen and kidney, it were increasing from 60-120 days (p<0.01, p<0.01) then decreasing from 150-180 days (p>0.05, p>0.05).The mRNA abundance in heart and kidney were higher than in liver and spleen which was in agreement with the function of PGC-1α in adaptive thermogenesis. On the basis of these results, we suggested that the C430S polymorphism could be used as a meaningful molecular marker to improve meat quality.

  Emergency monitoring is the basis for effectively preventing and dealing with the abrupt environmental accidents. Atmospheric environmental emergency monitoring system which is based on Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) platform, is characterized by high working efficiency, flexibility and wide-ranging monitoring. It provides a new technology platform and alternative tool, as well as opens up new branches. However, overall, the research of UAV platform-based environmental emergency monitoring in China is still in its infancy. A big gap exists with foreign countries in the development of miniaturization of high-precision airborne devices, monitoring data process, accurate modeling and integration of UAV and airborne devices. Additionally, research on systematical design on the UAV platform based environment emergency monitoring system is rare. Presented in this study was a design framework of the UAV platform based atmospheric environmental emergency monitoring system with regard to the components, functions and procedures. In addition, some fields needed to in-depth research in the future from the perspective of technology development, were put forward.
