  This study proposed an efficient radar emitter signal scheme recognition method using a novel one-class Support Vector Machine (SVM) based Bayesian classification algorithm. First, it is proven that the solution of one-class SVM using the Gaussian kernel can be normalized as an estimate of probability density and the probability density is used to construct the two-class and multi-class Bayesian clusters. The statistical characterization parameters of the multi radar emitter signals are extracted as the input feature vectors of the one-class SVM. Simulation result showed that the correct emitter scheme classification probability of the proposed classifier is comparable to traditional multi-class SVM classifier and better than the Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) based method. However, in the condition of large emitter mod class amount and large amount of training samples of each emitter signal class, the calculation amount of training and storage is only 0.5% of the traditional SVM classifier, which lead to less training time for the new classifier. In a word, the new mod scheme recognition method can be widely used in signal recognition field.

  This study follows medical analogy and metaphor thought, based on the similarities between quality defect of enterprises and disease in the medical field, analogies and metaphors the management process of disease in the medical field with the management process of quality defect of enterprises, refers to relevant literatures to establish quality defect management ability evaluation indicators system, the system includes quality defect diagnosis ability, quality defect governance ability and subsequent improvement ability of quality defect governance. Set typical thirty enterprises of Heilongjiang Province as an example, use projection pursuit to evaluate quality defect management ability of enterprises, employ optimal segmentation method to cluster and optimize the evaluation results. Study results will provide theoretical foundations for managing quality defect of enterprises and enhancing quality defect management ability.

  Establish theoretical analysis framework of relationships among environment dynamic, high-performance work practical system, quality management practices and organizational learning, use SEM method to carry out empirical analysis of the established theoretical framework. Empirical results show that environment dynamic is conducive to high-performance work practices system, job rotation has not significantly positive effect on product design, process management, statistical control and feedback, job rotation contribute to soft elements of quality management practices. Staff training and inter-departmental communication are conducive to promote soft elements and hard elements of quality management practices. Leadership attention, employee involvement and customer focus have significantly positive effect on organizational learning, supplier relationships, product design, statistical control and feedback, process management have not significantly positive effects on organizational learning.

  This study constructs theoretical model of relationships among safety manager behavior, job insecurity atmosphere, counterproductive work behavior and quality performance based on counterproductive work behavior perspective, safety manager behavior includes management behavior and design behavior, focuses on the moderating function of safety manager behavior. In view of research object and industrial characteristics, this study sets manufacturing enterprises as research objects, uses questionnaires to obtain paired sample data of senior and middle managers-employees, adopts hierarchical regression analysis methods and constructs hierarchical regression models to empirically expound relationships among safety manager behavior, job insecurity atmosphere, counterproductive work behavior and quality performance, results show that job insecurity atmosphere has U-shaped effect on counterproductive work behavior, counterproductive work behavior has a significantly negative effect on quality performance, safety manager behavior (management behavior and design behavior) regulates relationships between job insecurity atmosphere and counterproductive work behavior.

  Hantzsch 1,4-dihydropyridine (HEH), a well-known model compound of coenzyme NAD(P)H was found as an efficient reducing agent in hydrogenation of unactivated olefins catalyzed by Pd/C. α,β-Unsaturated ketones also underwent hydrogenation, affording the corresponding saturated ketones selectively.

  Influenza A virus infection activates the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K)/Akt pathway by binding influenza A virus NS1 protein to the p85β regulatory subunit of PI3K. In this study, we report that NS1 binds to the inter-SH2 (iSH2) domain of p85β. Mutational analyses on p85β iSH2 domain defined that Val-573 is the critical amino acid (AA) that mediates NS1 and p85β interaction. In reciprocal gain of function experiments with p85α, we demonstrated that mutation to Val at Met-582 leads to NS1 binding and increased PI3K activity. Molecular modeling based on our experimental results suggested that, in addition to the interaction interface between the NS1 SH3 binding motif 1 (AA 164-167) and p85β Val-573, AA 137-142 in NS1 might interact with p85β. Indeed, mutations of AA 141 and 142 in NS1 disrupted the interaction between NS1 and p85β. Mutant virus PR8-NS1-141/142 was not able to activate Akt phosphorylation. Furthermore, PI3K assays demonstrated that, in wild-type virus-infected cells, p85β-associated PI3K activity was increased significantly. In contrast, in the mutant virus-infected cells containing mutant NS1 unable to interact with p85β, the p85β-associated PI3K activity up-regulation was not seen, suggesting that PI3K up-regulation is dependent upon the interaction between NS1 and p85β. Competition experiments and the immunoprecipitation studies demonstrated that NS1, p85β, and p110 form a complex in cells. Finally, the mechanism by which binding of NS1 to p85β regulates PI3K activity was discussed based on a predicted structural model of NS1-p85-p110 complex.

  The metabolism of amyloid β peptide (Aβ) in the brain is crucial to the pathogenesis of Alzheimer disease. A body of evidence suggests that Aβ is actively transported from brain parenchyma to blood across the blood-brain barrier (BBB), although the precise mechanism remains unclear. To unravel the cellular and molecular mechanism of Aβ transport across the BBB, we established a new in vitro model of the initial internalization step of Aβ transport using TR-BBB cells, a conditionally immortalized endothelial cell line from rat brain. We show that TR-BBB cells rapidly internalize Aβ through a receptor-mediated mechanism. We also provide evidence that Aβ internalization is mediated by LRP1 (low density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 1), since administration of LRP1 antagonist, receptor-associated protein, neutralizing antibody, or small interference RNAs all reduced Aβ uptake. Despite the requirement of LRP1-dependent internalization, Aβ does not directly bind to LRP1 in an in vitro binding assay. Unlike TR-BBB cells, mouse embryonic fibroblasts endogenously expressing functional LRP1 and exhibiting the authentic LRP1-mediated endocytosis (e.g. of tissue plasminogen activator) did not show rapid Aβ uptake. Based on these data, we propose that the rapid LRP1-dependent internalization of Aβ occurs under the BBB-specific cellular context and that TR-BBB is a useful tool for analyzing the molecular mechanism of the rapid transport of Aβ across BBB.
