A mathematical model to depict Tuberculosis disease population dynamics was presented. The model population was compartmentalised as appropriate and the resulting model equations were solved numerically while different instances of the disease transmission were simulated. The graphical profiles of the various subpopulations with time were presented and discussed based on the results from our simulations. Also, the diseasefree and endemic equilibrium of the system were established and analyzed for stability.

We discussed in this research a power series method for solution of a twostep reactivediffusive equation with variable preexponential factor. A transformation was used to fit in the geometry of the model to allow an asymptotic series expansion which is invoked in a two compartmental regions with respect to the spatial variable. Adequate matching conditions were used at the interface between the two regions. The results were displayed graphically and compared with the previous work in the literature.

In this study, we considered a steady state, exothermic chemical reaction, taking the diffusion of the reactant into account and assuming an Arrhenius temperature dependence with variable preexponent factor. Numerical solution is constructed for the governing nonlinear boundary value problem using finite difference scheme .The effect of FrankKamenetskii, activation energy parameter and preexponent factor on the temperature were also examined, result were displayed in graphs.
