  Consumers take part in essential role in contributing to the development of the country’s economy which include urban region as the result there are many conferences, symposiums and seminars which have been organised for the purpose to enhance the awareness on their rights.   The management have to make sure the safety of the university’s residential colleges at the highest level. Health and safety audit should be done frequently in order to reduce risks to staffs and residents in college. The implementation of health and safety audit in college also has to take into consideration the programme aspects like seminar, campaign and training. This will ensure the safety programme in college to be more effective and comprehensive. Lastly, the safety audit can be used as a monitoring tool as well as reducing the accidents cases in the workplace.

  Inland water is one of the components in the environment. The inland water is very precious to every single creature in this world, especially to the consumer of the inland water resources. Therefore, it is very vital to take extra care to all of the environmental components which includes the inland water. A good environmental management will ensure the inland water is maintained properly as well as a good protection to the consumer in consuming the inland water. A good environmental management derives from the concept of sustainable development. Therefore, this study will examine the used the regulatory framework for land use and consumer protection on inland water resources in relation to the sustainable development from Malaysian legal perspectives, identify actions and cases which deal with sustainable development from Malaysian legal perspectives and lastly, discussing the regulatory framework as a means for sustainable development.

  Every nation within the Asean community has adopted measures to protect consumer rights and interests by establishing institutional and regulatory framework. In strengthening and enhancing consumer protection, measures taken vary from one country to the other. The enactment of the Consumer Protection Act in Malaysia and Indonesia demonstrates the commitment of the government of these nations in enhancing consumer protection. Adopting the analysis content methodology, this study scrutinises the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999 and the Law on Consumer Protection 1999 of Indonesia. These legislations provide protection for consumers governing various aspects including misleading and deceptive conduct, safety of goods and services, guarantees in respect of supply of goods and redress mechanism. In keeping with the Malaysian and Indonesian legal culture, the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999 and the Law on Consumer Protection 1999 of Indonesia are seen as the umbrella that will integrate and strengthen law enforcement in the area of consumer protection in these countries.

  Statutory implied terms in the Malaysian Sale of Goods Act, 1957 give protection to consumer in order to achieve sustainable development focusing on interest approach. The application of interest approach within the statutory implied terms in the Malaysian Sale of Goods Act, 1957, largely in response to the necessity of every each individual to protect their rights and interests in order to achieve sustainable development. Therefore, this study examines the idea of interest approach which concerns with costs and benefits within the statutory implied terms in the Malaysian Sale of Goods Act, 1957, focusing on consumer protections perspectives, identify cases and actions which deal with the environmental sustainability based on the concept of sustainable development.

Information and communication technology is growing rapidly, it reflects the social behavior of people in cyber life. Harassment is common in real world, it is then applied in virtual life, which leads to cyber harassment or cyberbullying either in the form of flame war, harassment, defeating, impersonation, deception, and social exclusion. The behavior of cyberbullying communication is an adverse behavior not only for the object (victim) but also the subject (actor) of cyberbullying itself. The purpose of this research is to analyse the formation of cyberbullying communication behavior as response behavior (respondent behavior) and as behavior of operant (operant behavior). This is an empirical qualitative approach using a case study in Palu city of Indonesia. The results revealed that the behavior of cyberbullying communication as respondent behavior occurs through observation, recording, and imitation. Meanwhile, cyberbullying as an operant behavior occurs in the form of repetition of behavior affected by provocation.

  Bullying in Indonesia is on the rise. Mocking, sneering and harassing may seem trivial and natural. But in reality, it is slowly but surely ruins a person. Bullying is a long-standing behaviour that can threaten all aspects of life for most children and adolescents at school, home and in their environment. One characteristic of bullying victims is unable to resist or defend themselves. This happens because of the weak coping strategies that affect victim’s psychological condition. The purpose of this research is to understand the coping strategy and psychological impact of bullying victim. This research utilizes qualitative descriptive study approach. Subjects are consisted of three early adolescents who were victims of bullying. Subjects were selected based on a survey at a school. Data are collected by using semi-structured interviews. Test validity is done by using triangulation test from sources such as teachers, friends and parents. The results of the study conclude that the coping strategies and psychological impacts on three subjects studied are almost identical that they are more emotion-focused coping and problem-focused coping. The three subjects use avoidance strategy, distancing or resignation as if by nothing happened and seeking social support. Finally, the psychological impact of the subjects is similar in three aspects affective aspects: feelings of anger, sadness, embarrassment, anxiety and low self-esteem, cognitive aspects: it becomes difficult to concentrate during the learning process and decreasing academic achievements and behavioural aspects: rejected by their friends in school because of low self esteem.

  This study aims to analyze the process of maritime tourism development planning in Palu Bay. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive analysis approach that describes maritime tourism development planning process in Palu Bay with development planning strategy such as: normative criteria: sustainability, local condition and relevance and the eligibility criteria: infrastructure, finance, human resources and information system. Data collection is done through observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that the planning process of maritime tourism development in Palu Bay by considering the criteria of development planning strategy mandated by the Constitution No. 25 of 2004 about national development planning system is can be implemented based on the planning stage but not yet optimal. While the determinant factors that support are the availability of facilities and adequate infrastructure and human resources with sufficient competence. The inhibiting factors are a very limited budget, inadequate information systems and the occurrence of inequality in the tourism bureaucracy.

  Since, it’s debut in August 2012, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS: GO) is one of the most popular and most played to date. CS: GO is one of many games that can be played competitively. In the gameplay aspect, CS: GO is not only a pure shooter game but also have role-playing factors in it’s contents. Such role-playing aspects are the availability to play as a counter-terrorist and terrorist factions with their own respective objectives. This research aims to describe and explain the contents including audios, in-game descriptions and statements and the design of the game and also the possible connection to the real world counterparts applying discourse analysis utilizing semiotic approach.

  The international environmental law principle on transboundary liability plays an important role in sustainability for better living environment of the environmental consumer. The application of the international environmental law principle on transboundary liability for consumer to enjoy better living environment is largely in respond to the inevitability of every consumer to protect his/her rights on living environment from being polluted. Therefore, this research examines the used of the international environmental law principle on transboundary liability in sustainability for better living environment of the consumer from the international legal scientific approach by identifying actions and cases which deal with environmental protection. This research is also identifying the relation between the international environmental law principle on transboundary liability and Rio Declaration as a means to sustain for better living environment of the consumer. Rio Declaration has laid down essential obligations which contribute the growth and the development of the sustainability for better living environment of the consumer. Finally, the preliminary findings indicate that the influence of interest approach in the international environmental law and governance is rather an important aspect to promote and persuade states around the globe to participate in the Montreal Protocol for the purpose to protect global environment by taking into consideration of the principle of transboundary liability in order to control world emissions of pollution as well as to sustain quality of life for the consumer. These actions are to ensure the sustainability for better living environment.

  Environmental sustainability is based on the concept of sustainable development. Environmental sustainability promotes the capacity to sustain the quality of life for consumer in order to safeguard environment as well as to protect consumer against harm, especially towards better living environment for consumer. One of the national laws of Malaysia that harmonised the concept of sustainable development in order to achieve environmental sustainability for consumer protection is the Sale of Goods Act, 1957. Therefore, this study will discuss on how the Malaysian Sale of Goods Act, 1957 provides protection to consumer protection and environmental sustainability on drinking bottled water which focusing on statutory implied terms.

  This study will discuss on how the Malaysian statutory implied terms in the Sale of Goods Act, 1957 provide governance instruments to in order to achieve food and environmental sustainability. The core reference of this article is based on Malaysian Sale of Goods Act, 1957. This study will be divided into 5 main divisions. The first and the second division will discuss the definition of a contact of sale and the formation of the contract, respectively. After that, the third division will proceed to discuss on the terms of a contract of sale. In the fourth division of this study will look into the implied terms in the Act and further discuss on how this statutory implied terms give protection to consumer on food and environmental safety focusing on urban sustainability.

This study is also identifying the relation between the Montreal protocol which applied the principle of transboundary liability and sustainable development as a means to protect mother nature.

The precautionary principle plays an important role in the area of environmental law and governance. As for the Islamic banking is concerned, the bank may created an essential mechanism to achieve sustainable development. Therefore, this study examines the use of the precautionary principle in Islamic banking with relation to the environmental law and governance by identifying actions and cases which deal with environmental protection.
