  In public sector, information is considered as the most important resource. Information Communication Technologies (ICTs) have been used long time ago to enhance the government research. Thus, in order to have better advantages of ICT in public organization processes, organizations have to share and integrate their information. Electronic Information Sharing (EIS) among public organizations is the ability of public organizations to obtain, apply and process information in society with citizens. However, the most important barrier in EIS is the technical. One of EIS technical problems is public organizations store their information in Different Databases (DB). This study suggests using Data Warehouses (DW) instead of traditional databases in public organization. Moreover, it contributes to utilize data warehouse as of the EIS factors. Finally, it accordingly investigates the usefulness of data warehouses in enhancing EIS among agencies in public organization.

  Detection of attacks in the computers and networks continues to be a relevant and challenging area of researchers. Intrusion-detection system is an essential technology in network security. Currently, intrusion detection still faces some challenges like large amounts of data to process, low detection rates and high rates of false alarms, especially in cloud environment which more vulnerable to attacks. This study includes an overview of intrusion-detection systems and introduces the reader to some fundamental concepts of IDS methodology to work in cloud computing also discuss the primary intrusion-detection techniques and propose a new classifier algorithm fast learning network to work based on the intrusion-detection system.

  The health status of the Iraqi individuals has essentially declined in the course of recent decades. The under-five death rate is presently 44 for every 1000 live births with the larger part of these youngsters passing on from pneumonia, diarrheal sickness and untimely birth. The 1 Child unhealthiness has expanded consistently with occurrence of low conception weight surpassing 10%. Maternal death rates have expanded to 84 for every 100,000 live births as access to quality antenatal and safe conveyance administrations has declined. As the nation pushes ahead with adjustment and change, guaranteeing access to routine high quality and impartial medicinal services has risen as an issue need and the Government of Iraq (Goi) has reacted by replenishing its dedication to enhancing the nature of Primary Health Care (PHC) administrations. The main purpose of the study is to explain the problems facing by Iraqi’s and the approach to solve them in addition providing an appreciation of the health status of Iraqis.

  Electronic government (e-Government) use information communication technology to provide electronic services to citizen 24/7 in any place by using the internet. Government in Iraq is trying hardly to improve e-Government to provide better e-Services to employee, citizens and private sector. Thus, Iraqi government gives the authorized to ministry of sciences and technology to build successful e-Government. However, e-Government in Iraq now has several kinds of challenges that effect its development. Thus, the main goal of this study is to increase the awareness of e-Government for government, employees, citizens and private sectors by identifying the e-Government in Iraq and explain its challenges.
