  Data dissemination is an important research subject in Mobile Social Networks (MSNs). This study mainly studies user-interest-based accurate data dissemination based on geographic communities in mobile social networks. Our goal is to establish interestingness measure model of the geo-community, plan superuser’s moving route, so that the superuser can disseminate data to the other regular users of the network who are interested in the data carried by the superuser.We have established a geo-community interestingness measure model based on users distribution over geo-communities and establish routing algorithm for the superuser according to the user’s interestingness measurement of the geo-community, in order to achieve accurate data dissemination purposes. We give the superuser’s routing algorithm. We get good results in the aspect of the number of packets, data transmission delay and energy consumption.

  Because the packet delay and energy consumption of wireless sensor network node are effectively reduced by the data flow compression, the data flow compression technique can prolong the network lifetime and is suitable for use in delay sensitive applications. If the time consumption of the compression algorithm is big, then the data flow compression can not be valuable. How to balance time consumption and reduce delay is a big problem. To solve this problem, this paper proposed an adaptive judgment algorithm based on Packet segmentation and compression. In this algorithm, the source data packet was broken into shares and sent to the adjacent nodes separately, the compression strategy are chosen adaptively based on the local information of each individual sensor node. Our extensive experimental results show: this algorithm is highly effective on the reduction of transmission delay.

  Microarray technology has been widely applied in the research area of animal genetics and breeding. In the earlier stage of microarray data analysis, the non-specific filtering is a common procedure which has been used increase the detection rate of differentially expressed genes. In this investigation, researchers use the data from Affymetrix GeneChip Porcine Genome Array to comparatively assess the effects of different non-specific filtering methods on the results of transcriptome analysis. The research results showed that the MAS5, ET and IQR filters could increase but the I/NI-calls method could decrease the number of differentially expressed genes. Here into, the IQR filter has the largest detection rate. Furthermore, the two-way combinations with IQR filter have the similar increasing effect on differentially expressed gene detection. It is concluded that not all non-specific filtering methods could increase the detection rate in microarray data analyses and the IQR filter could be considered as a preferred choice when improvement in the detection rate is needed on some occasions.

  The adsorption of O2 on LaFeO3 (0 1 0) surface is studied with first-principles calculation based on density functional theory. Calculations for LaFeO3 (0 1 0) surface show that the surface states are near Fermi energy level and mainly caused by Fe 3d orbital. Calculations for O2 adsorption predict that Fe ion site is most favorable for molecular oxygen adsorption, and the side-on adsorption mode is more stable than end-on one, while the end-on adsorption molecular oxygen is easily excited than side-on one. The bonding mechanism of O2 adsorption on the Fe ions is also studied.
