  The present research is of correlation and causative (after events) type which has done with the goal of analyzing the influence of organizational relations on staff job satisfaction of Khozestan cement company through job motivation. Research society includes all of the staff of Khozestan cement company which have been selected among 248 individuals through the simple random sampling in order to take part in research. The tool of information gathering had included three questioners which are organizational relations effectiveness, job satisfaction and job motivation which have been gathered and distributed among society members after confirming their validity and stability. The resulted data(s) from questioners are put under analysis using SPSS and Lisrel Software and through applying the descriptive and inferential statistical methods. Researchers results show that organizational relations effectiveness has influence on job satisfaction, job motivation has influence on job motivation, organizational relations effectiveness has influence on job motivation and job motivation act as a mediator in the way of the effect of organizational relations on job satisfaction.

  The objective of the present study is to survey the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational performance intermediated by innovation and organizational learning. The study population is consisted of 200 individuals working in Khouzestan Cement Company. The sampling method used in the present study has been simple randomized method and the total study sample volume by taking advantage of Cochran’s formula has been selected to be 131 individuals. The data required for the present study has been collected using a questionnaire the credibility of which was previously tested. To determine the validity and credibility of the questionnaires there has been made use of content validity and Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. And the reliability coefficient was obtained 0.89 for the transformational leadership questionnaire, it was found to be 0.79 for the organizational performance questionnaire and it was obtained 0.80 for the innovation questionnaire and it was calculated as equal to 0.81 for the organizational learning questionnaire. Structural relationships model has been used in the current study to analyze the data. To analyze the data and to perform the hypotheses test LISREL statistical software was taken into use. The results indicated that there is a significant relationship between transformational leadership variables, organizational performance, innovation and organizational learning and the intermediary role played by innovation variables and organizational learning in the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational performance has also been confirmed.

  The objective of the current study is to evaluate the relationship between job conscientiousness, organizational citizenship behavior and human workforce productivity. The study population of the present research is comprised of 110 people from Aghajari Gas and Petroleum Exploitation Company human resources management staff. The study sampling method has been based on simple randomized method and the total sample volume of the study reached to a number of 85 individual by taking advantage of Cochran formula. The data required for the present study have been collected by making use of a questionnaire the validity of which had been previously tested by some other researchers. To determine the credibility and the validity of the questionnaire there was made use of content validity test and Cronbach’s alpha coefficient and the validity was calculated for the job conscientiousness, organizational citizenship behavior and human workforce productivity which were found to be 0.79, 0.80 and 0.86, respectively. In the present study, the structural relations model was applied to analyze the data. LISREL was used to analyze the data and to perform other calculations and analyses.
