  Trojans’ threats are on the rise: malwares attempt to install and run automatically through the way so-called drive-by downloads. To enhance security of web applications, in present study, TrojanURLDetector is proposed for the detection and blocking of Trojans URLs. Traditionally, defenders detect malware simply based on signature, which is client-based, can’t share the data with other machines of Internet. TrojanURLDetector detects malicious URL based on every URL’s suspicious degree. It calculates suspicious degree per time period and ultimately marked the malicious URL. TrojanURLDetector is in server-side and therefore it has sufficient data from plenty of machines accessed to web to determine whether a URL is malicious or not. Both theoretic proof and simulation results manifest that TrojanURLDetector is high efficient in Trojan URL detection meanwhile it is low misdeclaration-rate.

  A new complex [Cu(H2tea)(H2O)(imi)][Cu(H3tea)(imi)][NalcubMo8O26rcub] · 4H2O (H3tea =triethanolamine, imi = imidazole) has been synthesized in aqueous solution and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermal gravimetric analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. X-ray diffraction reveals that β-[Mo8O26]4- polyanions are linked by sodium ions to form a chain. The coppers are five- and six-coordinate for [Cu(H3tea)(imi)]2+ and [Cu(H2O)(H2tea)(imi)]+, respectively. Crystal packing is due to hydrogen bonds and π ··· π stacking interactions, giving a 3-D polymeric network. The magnetic properties of the title compound are also presented.

  Histone lysines can be mono-, di-, or trimethylated, providing an ample magnitude of epigenetic information for transcription regulation. In fungi, SET2 is the sole methyltransferase responsible for mono-, di-, and trimethylation of H3K36. Here we show that in Arabidopsis thaliana, the degree of H3K36 methylation is regulated by distinct methyltransferases. The SET2 homologs SDG8 and SDG26 each can methylate oligonucleosomes in vitro, and both proteins are localized in the nucleus. While the previously reported loss-of-function sdg8 mutants have an early-flowering phenotype, the loss-of-function sdg26 mutants show a late-flowering phenotype. Consistently, several MADS-box flowering repressors are down-regulated by sdg8 but up-regulated by sdg26. The sdg8 but not the sdg26 mutant plants show a dramatically reduced level of both di- and trimethyl-H3K36 and an increased level of monomethyl-H3K36. SDG8 is thus specifically required for di- and trimethylation of H3K36. Our results further establish that H3K36 di- and tri- but not monomethylation correlates with transcription activation. Finally, we show that SDG8 and VIP4, which encodes a component of the PAF1 complex, act independently and synergistically in transcription regulation. Together our results reveal that the deposition of H3K36 methylation is finely regulated, possibly to cope with the complex regulation of growth and development in higher eukaryotes.

  Hot-pressed zirconium diboride (ZrB2) matrix composites containing 0–30 vol% silicon carbide (SiC) whiskers have been investigated to determine the effect of composition (i.e. amount of SiC whiskers) on the microstructure, mechanical properties and thermal properties. With increasing SiC whisker volume contents, the flexural strength and fracture toughness of the composites were improved compared to those of monolithic ZrB2. Flexural strength increased from 629 MPa for pure ZrB2 to 767 MPa for ZrB2–30 vol%SiCw. Likewise, fracture toughness ranged from 5.4 to 7.1 MPa m1/2 over the same composition range. Specific heat capacity increased with SiC whisker addition, while thermal diffusivity and thermal conductivity decreased slightly with the increase of SiC whisker content.
