Production of hydrolysates by Actinomucur elegans during soy-protein
deep-liquid fermentation was a promising prospects for future applications in
the protein hydrolysate industry. And the optimal incubation conditions for
protease production by Actinomucor elegan, which have been investigated
in several studies. The hydrolyzing conditions were optimized by the single
factor and orthogonal tests. Five single factor of important effect on the DH
and PCL were explored. The optimum condition was determined as fermentation
time 5 days, substrate concentration 3%, initial pH 6.0, liquid medium volume
80 (mL bottle-1), Inoculums concentration 4.5 (v/v). The maximum
DH can reach 38.29%. |

The article introduced the structure and technology method
of the anti-jam instrument based on the adaptive arrays theory for the weak
GNSS. The different algorithms is transformed into the uniform GSC program structure
which can contribute to saving hardware cost and improving the code's efficiency.
To meet the need of the fast time-varying scenario, the multistage Wiener filter
is introduced. Analysis and numerical experiments show that it is an effective
method, especially in the fast time-varying scenario. |

In the last years, the development of railway logistics information systems has obtained apparent progress in China. The effective operation of railway logistics enterprise information system greatly depends on its advanced nature, in which the information sharing technology becomes an important part of the logistics information system. It has important guiding significance to achieve information sharing which is based on Service-Oriented Architecture. This study investigates the railway logistics enterprise information system, combines with Chinas railway information system characteristics and base on SOA to realize railway logistics information system for information sharing, it provides reference to railway logistics information development in the future. |
