  Problem statement: Proposed method in the present study could deal with fault tolerant control system by using the so called decentralized control theory with decoupling fashion sliding mode control, dealing with subsystems instead of whole system and to the knowledge of the author there is no known computational algorithm for decentralized case, Approach: In this study we present a decoupling strategy based on the selection of sliding surface, which should be in piecewise sliding surface partition to apply the PwLTool which have as purpose in our case to delimit regions where sliding mode occur, after that as Results: We get a simple linearized model selected in those regions which could depict the complex system, Conclusion: With the 3 water tank level system as example we implement this new design scenario and since we are interested in networked control system we believe that this kind of controller implementation will not be affected by network delays.

  In this study, a new method that joint fingerprinting and decryption at the client side is proposed for the electronic distribution of text documents. In mass-scale electronic distribution systems fingerprint embedding primarily at the server which may lead to computational load of server and bandwidth burden. Fingerprinting at the client side will reduce the embedding complexity and bandwidth usage but it is easy to pose a threat to security on the fingerprint information and the protected content. It will be a challenge to design a client-side embedding method which will not leak the embedding secrets or original content. Some client-side embedding methods have been proposed for images, video and other media which contain enough redundancy information and allow various processions. But for text documents, to overcome this challenge will be more difficult. In this study, by giving each user a personalized coding dictionary which constructed based on synonym substitution, only one encoded and encrypted copy needs to be sent by the server and fingerprint embedding is jointed with decryption at the client side. Theoretical analysis and experimental results prove its practice.

  Imperceptibility, robustness, security and hiding capacity are important indexes in evaluating information hiding algorithms. Recently, in most case, only imperceptibility and robustness were considered rather than the security ability. The later one is highly required to guarantee secret communication. With fully consideration of this requirement, one kind of hiding information algorithm is proposed based on run length, the main idea of which is to separate the image into several binary images first. Then according to the parities of the run length of the binary images, one bit of information can be successfully embedded while no more than one pixel that located along black-white boundary of the binary image is modified. The blind extraction of the hiding information can be achieved. The algorithm neither obviously changes of distribution property of 0 and 1 in image’s low plane, nor reduces the number of long run length. Hence it can successfully defend various detections that against Least Significant Bit (LSB) algorithm and improved LSB algorithm and it can also be applied in secret communication and other situations which require high security and large capacity.

  Background and Objective: P2Y11 is a sub type of purinergic receptors that altered the function of immune cells. Present study evaluates the beneficial effect of P2Y11 receptor blockage on rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methodology: Arthritis was induced by the intraplantar injecting the mixture of complete freund’s adjuvant (CFA) and type II collagen in left hind paw. P2Y11 receptor was blocked by P2Y11 receptor antagonist (NF340). All the animals were separated in to five groups like control group, negative group (Rheumatoid arthritis group), NF340 0.3, 10 and 30 μM/day injected intrathecally for the period of 21 days. Development of RA was estimated by arthritic score, paw swelling and paw withdrawal latency. Pro-inflammatory cytokines in the synovial fluid, anti-type II collagen antibodies in serum and proliferation of T-cell was estimated in RA rats. Results: Data of the study reveals that treatment with NF340 attenuates the development of RA. There was significant (p<0.01) decrease in the pro-inflammatory cytokines in NF340 treated group compared to negative control group. Moreover treatment with NF340 significantly reduced anti-type II collagen antibodies and increase in the proliferation of T-cells compared to negative control group. Conclusion: Present investigation proves that gene expression of P2Y11 receptor blocked by NF340 attenuates the RA by ameliorating the cellular and humoral immunity.

  Putian Black pigs, an improved pig breed in China, are on the edge of extinction and urgently require protection. To establish a method of electro-fusion/activation for reconstructed embryos obtained by Somatic Cell Nuclear Transfer (SCNT), the applicability of microelectrode fusion in electro-fusion/activation of reconstructed embryos from SCNT and its optimal parameters were explored using pig oocyte maturation in vitro for 42-44 h as receptors and ear fibroblast as donors. Researchers also compared microelectrode fusion with traditional chamber fusion and the effects of different culture media (PZM-3 and NCSU-23) on reconstructed embryos were evaluated. Researchers found that the optimal parameters for microelectrode fusion/activation were 16 V, 20 μsec and 1 DC in which the fusion efficiency was significantly higher than that of chamber-fusion (84.8 vs. 64.4%) but the rates of embryo cleavage and blastocyst formation showed no statistical difference (p>0.05). The cleavage rates of embryos cultured in PZM-3 or NCSU-23 showed no statistical difference (p>0.05) while the rate of blastocyst formation in PZM-3 was higher than that in NCSU-23 (13.8 vs. 7.84%, p<0.05). These results show that microelectrode fusion/activation can be used in SCNT to obtain cloned embryos from Putian Black pigs and its fusion efficiency is higher than that of traditional chamber fusion. In addition, reconstructed embryo development is optimal in PZM-3. This study establishes a technical basis for SCNT to obtain cloned embryos from Putian Black pigs. Moreover, it can be applied to related fields such as the production of transgenic cloned embryos from Putian Black pigs.

  The Nlrp gene family plays an essential role in the innate immune and reproductive systems in the mouse. Initially, studies on the function of this family were mainly in apoptotic and inflammatory signaling pathways. However, a rapidly growing number of recent researches showed that some Nlrp genes play key roles in reproductive systems. In this study, researchers investigated the expression patterns of Nlrp4a-Nlrp4f during mouse development. The results showed that these genes have the similar expression patterns during preimplantation development. They were enriched in the GV stage and MII oocytes and degraded after fertilization but Nlrp4c and Nlrp4e transcripts were detected again at the morula and blastocyst stages. The tissue distribution of Nlrp4a-Nlrp4f indicated that Nlrp4b and Nlrp4c were only detected in the ovary; Nlrp4a, Nlrp4d and Nlrp4f were also transcribed in the ovary as well as in the testis while Nlrp4e was expressed in various mouse tissues. Furthermore, expression of Nlrp4b-Nlrp4e was downregulated in the ovary with mouse aging. In addition, the expression profiles of Nlrp4a-Nlrp4f in different cells demonstrated that Nlrp4a, Nlrp4b, Nlrp4c, Nlrp4e and Nlrp4f were not detected in other cell lines except for oocytes while Nlrp4d transcripts were detected in oocytes as well as in cumulus cells and spermatozoa. The results indicated that Nlrp4a-Nlrp4f displays specific or preferential oocyte expression patterns, implying important roles of these genes in oogenesis and preimplantation development in the mouse.

  Polypyrrole (PPy) powders were synthesized chemically using the oxidant ammonium persulfate (APS). The free radical scavenging properties were evaluated using a form of the α,α-diphenyl-β-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) assay adapted for use with 1.0 mg amounts of conducting polymer powders. A lower scavenging capacity was obtained when a higher ratio of APS to pyrrole was used in the chemical synthesis which also led to a decrease in polymer conductivity and doping level as determined by the amount of (bi)sulfate present given by elemental analyses. The occurrence of overoxidation of polypyrrole at a higher oxidant level was confirmed in FTIR spectra by the presence of a carbonyl group. PPy prepared at a lower APS/pyrrole ratio contained more bipolaron charge carriers, which were converted to polarons upon initial reduction with hydrazine. More complete reduction with hydrazine led to a loss of (bi)sulfate dopant, but to improved DPPH radical scavenging, confirming that the conducting polymer is acting as a reducing agent in scavenging DPPH radicals.
