  The paper focuses on the studies of enterprise risk management information system. It integrates the risk management information and other business management information for enterprise risk management improvement. It also provides a comprehensive and accurate record of enterprise risk management. A data warehouse is useful for decision supporting and statistic of research. The cloud computing platform based on a database is designed for quick delivery of enterprise operational and administrative information for risk management department. For an enterprise, it is incapable of constructing an independent information system which results in high construction cost and waste of resources. In existing enterprise risk information system, the sharing of information and integration of management are limited in the internal of an enterprise. The proposal platform is based on cloud computing, which get the advantages of low cost, high resource utilization rate, high-efficiency of risk information processing, convenience for multiple level using and for the information interaction between the business management and the risk management, etc.

  The technology of Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) has facilitated the meteorological parameter monitoring. To reduce the cost, most monitoring systems collect desired data through cheap, unprofessional meteorological equipments, so do our system. However, due to the low cost of equipments and the poor package, the data collected by unprofessional equipments is inaccurate. In this study, we propose a Data Correction Scheme for Cheap Sensor (DCSCS) to improve data accuracy. The Discrete Wavelet Transform algorithm is used to filter the collected data to clear the noise and find the data pattern. Then we use Back Propagation neural network to establish a data correction model. Finally, we use the model to correct the other data. Our experiment shows that the meteorological data corrected by our method performs a very good result both in maximum error, mean error and correlation coefficient.

  A new trinuclear complex, lcub[Cu(L)]33-CO3)rcub(ClO4)4 (L = N-(2-thiophenoethyl)-N,N-bis (3-aminopropyl)amine), was synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray analysis. The complex contained three identical mononuclear copper(II) units connected by the μ3-carbonate formed from atmospheric carbon dioxide. The electronic and magnetic properties were studied by cyclic voltammetry and the measurement of magnetic susceptibility, respectively. The μ3-bridging model revealed weak ferromagnetic coupling of Cu(II), with the J value of -11.28 cm-1 and the Zeeman splitting g value of 2.06, which were determined by means of magnetic measurements in the 2-300 K range.
