  The current research which is of descriptive type and correlation survey kind, has been conducted by aiming at study on analysis of organizational commitment and the role of managers power components in its improvement. For this purpose, the questionnaire was used to measure these variables and after being assured from validity and reliability of measurement tool by means of gap analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, the questionnaire forms were distributed among a sample group including 166 participants from official personnel in Zabol University of Medical Sciences. The findings of the studied model indicated that according to the given route analysis model, power sources might affect on personnel’s organizational commitment. Similarly, among five power sources of managers, referent power and expertise power may interpret organizational commitment more than other sources. To conduct all these tests (correlation, measurement and structural models), SPSS and LISREL Software were utilized. Finally, some suggestions will be purposed to managers for improvement and rising organizational commitment among personnel by means of power sources.

  This research was done with the aim of Analyze the effects of implementation of knowledge management to improve organizational productivity in social security organization of Kerman province from the viewpoint of the staffs and managers. The study is in survey method and the statistical society includes the staffs and managers in social security organization in Kerman province. The researcher-made questionnaire with 50 closed questions was used in order to collect information and the content validity of questionnaires was confirmed by the ideas of experts and their reliability was calculated based on Cronbach’s Alpha which orderly obtained equal to 0.91 and 0.88; data analysis has been done through using the pearson correlation coefficient test and Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. The overall results of this study indicate that from the viewpoint of experts, each of the seven factors of infrastructures of establishment and development of knowledge management (support of senior managers, organizational culture, organizational structure, infrastructures of information systems, strategy of knowledge management, empowerment of staffs and staff incentive systems) affect the increase in staffs’ efficiency. Creating and developing knowledge management system require necessary changes in processes, management, infrastructures, culture and the other aspects which include the organizational performance and all of these aspects cannot change at once. The desired changes require organizational ability to design and implement systems, structures, processes, cultures and necessary tools for improvement and support of the students for efficient decision making. Based on the findings of the current study, the future researchers are suggested to do studies in the field of knowledge management strategy and its impact on the efficiency of human force.

  This research was performed to assess the impact of individual creativity on the job performance with the mediating role of ethical leadership and is descriptive and correlation. In this study, 200 employees of Hormozgan University of Medical Sciences were selected by convenience sampling. Research data were collected by Paterson’s job performance standard questionnaires, Torrance test of creativity and de hoogh and Den Hartog ethical leadership questionnaire. Data using structural equation and were analyzed by Amos Statistical Software. The result showed that there is a significant relationship between individual creativity, ethical leadership and job performance and individual creativity has significant impact on the job performance with the mediating role of ethical leadership.

  Nowadays with the development of public sector in Iran’s economy and the dearth of HR sources, reviewing and the observation of the methods of executing management on HR sources in this sector is not only essential but also inevitable. In this respect, the methods of decision making are of paramount importance. With the importance attached to the process of decision making in public organizations, the purpose of the present study is identification and prioritizing the challenges ahead of HR organization managers in making rational decisions in public organizations. In this study, the researcher used a field study. The population of this study was chosen from HR organization managers and the related organizations to the power ministry in Kerman province. Tools were use for gathering data was questionnaire; validity and reliability are accounted 0.88 and 0.75 for rational decision constraints. Questionnaires after distributing the questionnaires, the data were analyzed using SPSS Software. Descriptive statistics (mean, median, etc.) as well as frequency distribution and descriptive statistics were used for describing the demographic index and Kolmogorouf-Smirn of test was used to check normal distribution of the variables. For the examination of hypothesis 1-5 (with the condition of being normally distributed) a one-way t-test was used. Redman test was also used for prioritizing the obstacles of rational decision making process. All of the five hypotheses were accepted. The findings suggest obstacles of rational decision making in the whole population include: “lack of HR managers access to reliable information”, “lack of a general assessment measure”, “lack of HR managers expertise”, “lack of the congruity between managers experience and their rational decision making process”, “lack of sufficient time for exploration” respectively in descending order of significance in rational decision making among HR managers affiliated with the power ministry in Kerman.

  The present research is of correlation and causative (after events) type which has done with the goal of analyzing the influence of organizational relations on staff job satisfaction of Khozestan cement company through job motivation. Research society includes all of the staff of Khozestan cement company which have been selected among 248 individuals through the simple random sampling in order to take part in research. The tool of information gathering had included three questioners which are organizational relations effectiveness, job satisfaction and job motivation which have been gathered and distributed among society members after confirming their validity and stability. The resulted data(s) from questioners are put under analysis using SPSS and Lisrel Software and through applying the descriptive and inferential statistical methods. Researchers results show that organizational relations effectiveness has influence on job satisfaction, job motivation has influence on job motivation, organizational relations effectiveness has influence on job motivation and job motivation act as a mediator in the way of the effect of organizational relations on job satisfaction.

  This study aimed to investigate the mediating role of trust in supervisor and professional ethic on spiritual leadership style and organizational virtuousness in Document Registration Organization at Kerman City. This research is applied in term of objective. The methodology of the study is descriptive. The statistical society consists of 215 employees of document registration organization at Kerman City. The tool used is a questionnaire consists of four parts, including organizational virtuousness of Kim Cameron, the spiritual leader of Fry, organizational trust (trust in supervisor) of Hoy and Teschenen and Moran and professional ethics questionnaire to collect the information. After evaluating the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, the hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling and PLS2 Smart software in both measurement and structural sections and the collected data were analyzed. Research results showed a significant relationship between leadership style and organizational virtuousness. Results also showed that trust in supervisor and professional ethics had mediating role in relationship between spiritual leadership and organizational virtuousness.

  Studies on outsourcing help managers realize its positive effects and find solutions in an efficient management in order to use human resources optimally. In addition, policy makers pay attention to these factors in determining their executive policies and plans to hire and employ human resources. They also guide organization managers in more effective use of methods. The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between outsourcing of activities and human resources. The population of this study consisted of 25 managers of Zarand power plant. Due to the small number of population, all people are considered as sample. In this study, outsourcing questionnaire was used to collect data in which all questions are in the form of Likert scale. Structural equation model was used to analyze data. To determine the validity and reliability of questionnaire, content validity and Cronbach’s alpha coefficient were used, respectively in which Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was obtained as 0.91 for outsourcing of activities. Lisrel Software was used to analyze data, test hypotheses other analyses of the study. Results showed that there is no relationship between outsourcing and job security of employees, salary and income level and their creativity and accountability. On other hand, there is relationship between outsourcing of activities and creativity, expertise of labor force, efficiency, service quality and reduction in costs.

  The present study investigated the acceptance of e-Banking services by customers using Technology Davis’s Acceptance Modelproposed (ATM). In this study, the descriptive and correlational research method was used. Statistical population of the study included all clients who had a bank account at Mellat Bank in Zahedan City, Sistan and Baluchestan, Iran. Simple random sampling was conducted by selecting 200 customers of the Mellat bank branches. For data collection, a questionnaire was distribute damong the participantsand Pearson’s correlation test was used for data analysis. In this study, the effects of variables of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, computer self-efficacy, quality of the internet and internet access, on e-Banking adoption by customers was examined.

  The purpose of this study was to the investigating the relationship between intellectual capital and organizational learning capability in faculty members of higher educational centers of Sirjan. A descriptive, quantitative, corelational design was used. Statistic population of research concludes all faculty members of higher educational centers of sirjan. The population consist of 186 faculty members. A data collection instrument is included demographic questionnaire, questionnaire of intellectual capital and organizational learning. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, pearson’s r and spearman’s correlations, regression analysis, ANOVA analyses and SPSS Software (package of Spss/pc++ver21). The results of this study show the, there is a significant relationship between intellectual capital and organizational learning capability. According the results, there is a significant relationship between structural capital human capital and relational capital with organizational learning capability.

  The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between public decision-making styles of managers (rational, intuitive, dependent, spontaneous and avoidant) and organizational health at three institutional levels (institutional integration), administrative level (principal influence, consideration, maintenance and support resources) and technical (scientific emphasis and mood, respectively). The population includes all the basic and middle managers and government employees, allies and contractors working in Hormozgan governor and governor subsidiaries that were questioned using stratified random sampling of 78 managers and 255 employees using tools questionnaires. After statistical analysis using correlation, multiple regression and generally results showed that: there is a positive significant relationship between style of rational, intuitive and affiliation decision-making with organizational health. Also there is a significant and negative relationship among the styles of immediate and avoiding decision-making and organizational health. Then, on further examination, it yielded a positive and significant relationship between rational decision making style with institutional and organizational levels of health administrative. It was also found that there is a positive and significant relationship between the styles of intuitive and affiliation decision making with the administrative and technical levels of organizational health. It is established a negative and significant relationship between spontaneous and avoidant decision making styles and levels of administrative, technical and institutional of organizational health. In general we can say use of the style of rational, intuitive and not use of spontaneous and avoidant decision-making attachment, in organizational health and its different levels can be affected. It shows the need for improved management decision making skills more than before.

  The aim of the present study is to explain the relationship between organizational climate, job performance and work aholism. The population in this study includes total of 250 staff of Khorasan Razavi branches of Refah bank. Simple random sampling is taken and by using Cochran formula, the sample size is 151. The researcher has used triple questionnaires that all the questions are Likert in order to gather data. In this study structural relation model is used to analyze the data. To determine validity and reliability of questionnaire, content validity and Cronbach’s alpha coefficient are used. Its value is 0.85 for Halpin and Craft organizational climate questionnaire, 0.89 for job performance questionnaire and 0.93 for workaholism questionnaire. To analyze data and perform hypotheses testing and other hypotheses of this research, statistical Software of Lisrel is taken. The results show that there is significant relation between organizational climate and work aholism. In addition, there is a significant relation between organizational climate and job performance and there is not any significant relation between workaholism and job performance.

  The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between perceived organizational support, working enthusiasm and organizational citizenship behavior. The population in this study consisted of 615 employees of governorship staff of Khorasan Razavi. Sampling method of this study is simple randomly and by using Cochran formula the sample size is 69 people. In this study, perceived organizational support questionnaire with Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0.89, citizenship behavior questionnaire with Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0.86, working enthusiasm questionnaire with Cronbach’s alpha coefficient 0.80 was used. That all the questions are in the form of the 5-item Likert. In this study, the structural relations model was used to analyze the data. For data analysis and hypothesis testing and other analyzes in this study, statistical Software LISREL was used. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between perceived organizational support, working enthusiasm and organizational citizenship behavior and in this regard, the role of mediator variable working enthusiasm in the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior also was approved.

  This study aimed to investigate the effect of empowering the intention of employee turnover has been done with the role of employee engagement. This study was descriptive correlational and were examined 88 employees of PNU Fars Province. Research data were collected with turnover intention questionnaire TIQ Kamen Spritzer and Spritzer measuring empowerment questionnaire MEQ and Rothman scale interoperability WES. The data were analyzed by using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and simple and multivariate regression with application SPSS 22 and structural equation model with Amos 18 Software. The results showed that there is a significant negative relationship between empowerment and its dimensions with turnover intention and interactional work and its dimensions. The results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between empowerment and interactional work and was confirmed in the final version that the intention of employee turnover significant impact on the role of mediator enabling interoperability.

  Creativity is created by integration of innovative ideas, skills and expertise on base of formal education or experiences. Creativity in employee creates competitive advantage for organizations and it is considered as the most important aspect of an organizational environment. The aim of this study was to examine the impact of transformational leadership on employee creativity considering the mediating role of knowledge management capability. This study is applied in terms of goal and it is survey-descriptive in terms of data collection. The population of this study includes teachers and employees of Education Department of Sirjan. The sample size was determined using the finite population formula and 419 teachers and administrative employees were selected as a minimum sample size of study. Questionnaire was used to collect data and it was distributed among samples of study after that its validity and reliability were verified. SPSS software was used in the descriptive statistics section to analyze the data while structural equations model was used in the inferential statistics to test the hypotheses by using Lisrel software. The results showed that there is significant correlation between transformational leadership and employee creativity, between transformational leadership and knowledge management capability and between employee creativity and knowledge management capability. The results also showed that knowledge management capability mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and employee creativity.

  The aim of this research is to investigate the impact of organizational intelligence on career success, with respect to the role of personality characteristics and job enthusiasm among the middle managers of municipalities in the province of Mazandaran. This study, with the use descriptive and correlational studies is conducted on a sample of 212 middle managers of municipalities in the province of mazandaran. Calculating the number of samples is determined via Krejcie and Morgan table (n = 132). To examine the hypothesis and research questions, the partial least squares approach is used. For data analysis, SPSS Version 19 and Smart PLS 2 are used and the significance level is set at 0.05. The results of this study show that organizational intelligence does not affect career success; nevertheless, organizational intelligence indirectly affects career success through the mediating variable of personality characteristics. On the other hand, organizational intelligence indirectly affects career success through the mediating variable of job enthusiasm. Therefore, it is recommended to use the mediating variables of personality characteristics and job enthusiasm for the impact of organizational intelligence on the career success.
