  Aiming at the most of the knowledge service system only providing information query and the lack of knowledge integration and innovation, a generally adaptive knowledge service model based on independent innovation is proposed, which can bring the deep integration and innovation by dealing with intelligent knowledge processing. The model can integrate multi-sources heterogeneous data, combining and mining measurement data from related information provided by associated databases, to build knowledge tree and can realize knowledge navigation, knowledge recommendation and knowledge visualization with the real knowledge service requirements. It mainly focuses on the fundamental knowledge service model and it’s supporting techniques in this study. Moreover, the experimental results indicate that the independent innovative knowledge service has higher rationality, accuracy and visibility than previously published studies. It can automatically structure knowledge tree according to user interest. The completeness of knowledge recommendation is gradually improved and satisfaction of knowledge navigation is improved by 5%.

  Object interaction in Internet of Things (IoT) should be dependent on intelligent information processing. Since, the information in IoT is heterogeneous, dynamic and somewhat unpredictable, straightening out the evolution process of information status is necessary for information management and processing. Firstly, the lifecycle of IoT information was analyzed by referencing and imitating the information processing system of human brain and the evolutionary mechanism of information status based on cognitive theory was expounded. Secondly, the information characteristics of each evolutionary stage were analyzed and some typical technologies of information management and intelligent processing were introduced. Finally, the comparative experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed method were given. The experimental results show that the algorithm is able to get the better solution by less target evaluation times and it can improve the optimization efficiency and realize intelligent processing of the information in IoT.

  This study was conducted to test the hypotheses that dietary L-arginine supplementation may enhance the immune responses and resulting in the clearance against PCV2 in experimentally infected mice. The measured variables include: the PCV2 virus load in liver, spleen, heart, lung, kidney, ovary and serum on 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th and 11th day post infection (dpi); serum Interleukin-2 (IL-2), Interleukin-6 (IL-6), Interleukin-10 (IL-10), Interferon alpha (IFN-α), Interferon gamma (IFN-γ) and C-Reactive Protein (CRP) levels on 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th and 11th dpi; serum Total Superoxide Dismutase (T-SOD) activity on 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th and 11th dpi. Results showed that arginine supplementation could significantly increase the serum IL-2 levels on the 9th and 11th dpi; significantly increase the serum IFN-α and CRP levels on the 11th dpi; significantly increase the serum IFN-r levels on the 7th dpi and significantly decrease the serum IL-6 levels on the 9th dpi. Meanwhile, the PCV2 virus genome was detected sporadically. Collectively, dietary L-arginine supplementation had beneficial effects on the cytokines profile in the PCV2 infected mouse and maybe could delay the PCV2 replication and/or clear the PCV2 in mouse model.

  NSP is the major factor introducing a low digestibility of cottonseed meal in piglets. The present study was conducted to determine the effect of NSP enzyme on the nutrient digestibility of weaned piglets fed a cottonseed meal-based diets. About 15 weaned piglets (14±1.4 kg) were selected and ileal fistula surgery was done to determine the DE, CP, DM and NSP’s apparent digestibility. The results indicated that NSP enzyme improved piglet’s apparent digestibility (p<0.05) in varying degrees; pectinase resulted in obvious degradation of the cell wall and increased piglets’ DE (26.69%) and CP of ileal digesta (20.33%) and compound enzyme was better in improving cottonseed meal based diets than single enzyme.

  This research was conduct to study the effect of high intensity movement raining on the amino acids metabolism and distribution in internal organ and ntestinal morphosis. About 40 Sprague-Dawley male rats were randomly divided intoexercised group and sedentary group. On day 10 after the initiation treatment average daily feed intake became significant lower and the average weight became significantlower on day 12 compared with the sedentary group. There was not significant difference about amino acids in the serum but valine which was significant lower than sedentary groups. Movement training increased significantly all amino acids content except cysteine in the intestinal tissue but failed in the liver and muscle eventhough all amino acids were higher in the muscle than sedentary group but cysteine. Amino acids digestibility was lower in exercised group and it became significant lower when it comes to lysine and histidine. Additionally, movement training decreased the numbers of lymphocyte but had no effect on the goblet cell villi height and crypt depth in middle jejunum.

  Once a mammal infected by a microorganism an elaborate response will be generated that attempts to eliminate the infection agent. These responses contained innate immune responses and adaptive immune responses. Cytokines played a role in both innate and adaptive immune responses. Porcine circovirus type 2 was the causal agent of postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrome which was an economically important disease in pigs. Although, the interaction between immune responses and porcine circovirus was suggested as a determinant factor in the pathogenesis of postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrome, the reports about the cytokines profile in PCV2 infection were mixed and confused. Thus, a detailed review about this field was presented according to the literature and the lab’s conclusion.

  Iatric obesity is a growing problem around the world with an increasing prevalence among even infants and young children. The intestinal microbiota have recently been shown to affect the energy balance by influencing both the efficiency of calorie harvest from the diet and how harvested energy is used and stored and is a non-negligible contributor of the formation of obesity. Pig is a good model for use in human nutrition research but few studies have examined the differences among different pig breeds. This study was conducted to compare the diversities of intestinal microbiota among lean Landrace pig and four local Chinese pig breeds with obese phenotype including Bama mini-pig, Huanjiang mini-pig, Ningxiang pig and Lantang pig. These local Chinese pig breeds have obvious differences in genotype and phenotype compared to Landrace pig. The aim of this study was to examine the association between the intestinal microbiota composition in infancy and future obesity using pigs as a model. The results indicated that the local Chinese pig breeds had significantly greater microbiota diversities in the distal intestine than Landrace pig. There are also clear differences in genus that can influence the energy balance and contribute to obesity. The results indicated that the microbiota diversity in the distal intestine in LCBs was significant higher than in LD which challenge the result that the microbiota diversity decrease in obese individuals. Intestinal microbiota do contribute for the obese phenotype but genotype is the main contributor. The higher contents of intestinal microbial populations that show strong energy-harvesting ability may partly contribute to the obese phenotype in local Chinese pigs. The research may help to clarify the mechanism of phenotype diversity in pig breeds and contribute to studies on infant nutrition and obesity.

  Single crystals of K2B4O11H8, a non-centrosymmetric borate material, have been prepared by slow evaporation of water solution at room temperature. The crystals were colorless and transparent with smooth faces. The single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis showed that K2B4O11H8 crystallized in the orthorhombic space group P212121 with a=6.8556(6) Å, b=11.7787(12) Å, c=12.8949(14) Å, Z=4, R1=0.0188, and wR2=0.0464. The powder X-ray diffractometry (PXRD), infrared spectrum, transmittance spectrum, TG–DTA curves and second harmonic generation properties of title compound have been determined.

  The heat pulse method enables estimation of soil thermal diffusivity (k), volumetric heat capacity (C), thermal conductivity, and water content. The heater needle and temperature-sensing needle may deflect during probe insertion into soils. The impact of needle deflection on estimates of C and k has not been fully studied theoretically or experimentally. We defined θ to be the polar angle of needle deviation from the z axis and φ to be the azimuthal angle in the x–y plane. Transient-state analytical solutions were derived for an inclined and pulsed finite line source in a parallelepiped sample with zero surface temperature and adiabatic boundary conditions. For a heat pulse sensor with 6-mm needle spacing and a heater needle of 4-cm length in a given parallelepiped (5 by 5 by 5 cm, assumed to be filled with air-dry sand), model errors in C and k were about –11.3 and 12.1%, respectively, for an inclined heater needle with θ = 1° and φ = 0°. Model errors in C and k were about –11.2 and 12.1%, respectively, for an inclined sensor needle with θ = 1° and φ = 180°. When –6 ≤ θ ≤ 6° for either the heater or the sensor needle, the temperature curves could be approximated rather well by a pulsed infinite line source model with a modified probe spacing that accounted for the inclination. For various heating durations and strengths, the errors in both k and C were relatively constant when all other parameters were fixed; however, the errors in both C and k decreased monotonically and slowly as k increased. The model errors in C and k were similar for four soil conditions with different thermal properties in the range –6 ≤ θ ≤ 2°.
