  The decline of wireless channel is a key factor that hinders the reliability and validity of wireless communication. The emergence of multi-input multi-output system can solve this problem effectively. However, the implementation is extremely difficult because of the impact caused by terminals. Cooperative communication improves diversity gain by using the traveling carriage of single antenna to share other users’ antennas in multi-user environment. However, relay node selection of cooperative communication is a primary key problem to be solved. This study, presented relay node selection algorithm evaluation indicators according to the reliability and validity of communication and classified the existing relay node selection algorithms according to the indicators. The study analyzed and compared several common algorithms, finding out their advantages and disadvantages, providing a clear direction for relay node selection of cooperative communication.

  Present study proposed new identification method for the nonlinear dynamic system. Firstly, suppose that the original system is expressed by Hammerstein model then the transfer function of the model can be changed into a linear form, thus generating a middle model. The parameters of the middle model are obtained by a Bacterial Chemotaxis Optimization (BCO) algorithm. Finally, through the relationships of the parameters of middle model and those of Hammerstein model, the parameters of Hammerstein model are derived. Thus, the original system is identified. The feasibility and efficiency of the presented algorithm are demonstrated using numerical simulations.

  Sparse representation based face hallucination algorithms have received increasing amount of interest recently. However, most of the existing approaches fail to consider the geometrical structure of the face data, which lead to artificial effects on reconstructed High Resolution (HR) face images. In this study, a novel sparse representation based face hallucination method is proposed to reconstruct a HR face image from a Low Resolution (LR) observation. In training stage, global and local information are used to get a more expressive HR-LR dictionary pair for certain input LR patch separately. In reconstruction stage, K selection mean constrains is used to l1 convex optimization, aiming to find an optimal weight for HR face image patch reconstruction. Experiments validate the proposed method.

  Nonlinear system identification has been received more attention especially for control purposes. In this study, a new identification method is presented for nonlinear system model. Its basic idea is as follows. At first, the identification problem of nonlinear system is changed into a nonlinear function optimization problem over parameter space. Then, the estimates of the parameters of the nonlinear system are obtained using a proposed particle swarm optimization algorithm. Finally, in simulation, the method is applied to several different nonlinear systems and simulation results indicated that the presented method is feasible and reasonable.

  This research was conducted to determine the effect of FSH made in Canada and Ningbo and the ages and weight of lamb on juvenile lamb superovulation of Xinjiang Fine Wool Sheep and to compare oocyte mature time from juvenile lamb superovulation and adult ewe ovary and to study the effect of oocyte mature time and oocyte level on the quality of IVF. The results showed that the optimal method of lamb’s superovulation was to inject 30 mg FSH made in Canada for four times with the interval of 12 h and the best maturation time of oocyte in vitro for cleavage was 30 h. The development of oocyte in different stages was not affected on cleavage. This study can provide important experimental data for juvenile in vitro embryo technology.

  Very little is known about the role that evolutionary dynamics plays in diseases caused by mammalian DNA viruses. To address this issue in a natural host model, we compared the pathogenesis and genetics of the attenuated fibrotropic and the virulent lymphohematotropic strains of the parvovirus minute virus of mice (MVM), and of two invasive fibrotropic MVM (MVMp) variants carrying the I362S or K368R change in the VP2 major capsid protein, in the infection of severe combined immunodeficient (SCID) mice. By 14 to 18 weeks after oronasal inoculation, the I362S and K368R viruses caused lethal leukopenia characterized by tissue damage and inclusion bodies in hemopoietic organs, a pattern of disease found by 7 weeks postinfection with the lymphohematotropic MVM (MVMi) strain. The MVMp populations emerging in leukopenic mice showed consensus sequence changes in the MVMi genotype at residues G321E and A551V of VP2 in the I362S virus infections or A551V and V575A changes in the K368R virus infections, as well as a high level of genetic heterogeneity within a capsid domain at the twofold depression where these residues lay. Amino acids forming this capsid domain are important MVM tropism determinants, as exemplified by the switch in MVMi host range toward mouse fibroblasts conferred by coordinated changes of some of these residues and by the essential character of glutamate at residue 321 for maintaining MVMi tropism toward primary hemopoietic precursors. The few viruses within the spectrum of mutants from mice that maintained the respective parental 321G and 575V residues were infectious in a plaque assay, whereas the viruses with the main consensus sequences exhibited low levels of fitness in culture. Consistent with this finding, a recombinant MVMp virus carrying the consensus sequence mutations arising in the K368R virus background in mice failed to initiate infection in cell lines of different tissue origins, even though it caused rapid-course lethal leukopenia in SCID mice. The parental consensus genotype prevailed during leukopenia development, but plaque-forming viruses with the reversion of the 575A residue to valine emerged in affected organs. The disease caused by the DNA virus in mice, therefore, involves the generation of heterogeneous viral populations that may cooperatively interact for the hemopoietic syndrome. The evolutionary changes delineate a sector of the surface of the capsid that determines tropism and that surrounds the sialic acid receptor binding domain.
